DTDC Courier Agency — delay in delivery
I had posted a document through DTDC Agengy, on 15th September,2010..with extra charges for early delivery..according to them the delivery is made on next working day i.e, 16th Sep,2010....but till now there is no status of delivery..I enquired it from Delhi Branch Office they are telling the delivery status is showing uploading from Guwahati...they gave me Guwahati Complaint Number but no one is responding properly............they aren't picking up my calls.....the document was very important which had to be delivered by 16th........and i m suffering a major loss due to this.................the Cosignment No is V03052907..Kindly help as finanacially i am suffering a huge lossCustomer satisfaction rating Customer satisfaction rating is a complex algorithm that helps our users determine how good

DTDC COURIRER & CARGO LTD — Delay in Delivery and No reply
I booked my parcel for Gorakhpur on 25.07.09 through DTDC COURIRER & CARGO LTD Shahpur, Ahmedabad Branch consigement No. A15847468. it was assured to deliver it till 27.07.09. till today i.e. 31.07.09 my parcel is not received . I tried to contact to its Corporate office Number given at DTDC site but got no reply. Ahmedabad R.M. of DTDC Mr Manoj once picked phone assured for solution but no result. Person at Gorakhpur Mr Rajesh Gupta behaving like non profesional and rough on Phone. Totally unprofessional attitute of all DTDC concern. I request for refund of my money given to DTDC for service & telephonic expenses and penality to DTDC for my Harrasment
