I placed an order from ibuychemiclas Chennai for a chemical n-heptane on Jan 2024 that was supposed to be delivered to my address in Bangalore. Tracking on ibuychemiclas website showed courier tracking no. DTDC 7D3238332. On tracking the courier on DTDC website, i found an item being delivered to some wrong address in Chennai. I had purchased two products online on 20th August 2023, and both were dispatched together through DTDC courier to the same address 'Winnbook Management Consultants, Delshe Tower, Near Liberty Theatre, Cannanore, Kerala, PIN-670002' on 21st August 2023. I raised a ticket 8756198 with DTDC for my shipment I63484112, seven days ago. The issue was I paid twice for the mentioned shipment and to support my case I provided all the screenshots and details of the double transaction.

My parents have sent me a courier on dtdc. They have send it on 22/06/23 till now I haven't received the order that is 10/07/23. The products in it are food items their expiry date is within 15 days. Now that products are not used for consumption. I want compensation for that delivery. The tracking ID is H73208472....

Hi,

I placed an order with Amazon and the product was shipped with DTDC and was expected to deliver by 28th June 2023 however it is not delivered yet.

Despite multiple calls and emails to their customer service team, not getting much traction on the same.

Please prioritize thie delivery.

I Have ordered book from Kota to Mumbai and they send me the tracking I'd of DTDC, yesterday morning it's showing your package is out for dilivery but at night it suddenly show not diliverd, today also it's showing not diliverd, Int he package there just book which doesn't means anything to buy it was precious for me for the preparation, I don't have many tho buy the book again, plz atleast don't thief books...

Had used DTDC service and was satisfied until now. Last week I had a package submitted at a nearby DTDC and had some food items packed along with a watch (an expensive one) as it was a gift, to be delivered to Noida. The agent at the office didn't ask for specifics and just asked what he should write in the receipt, so I went ahead with food items. Upon receipt of delivery, only foods items were found in the package and the WATCH was stolen...

This is in reference with courier that was delivered from Lucknow to Bangalore. I booked the courier from DTDC Aashiyana branch on 03/11/2022 and it reached Bangalore on 07/11/2022. My laptop was delivered in damaged condition, the back of laptop is damaged cracked. I asked twice nothing should happen to laptop and it should be send with proper care, the company said its their daily thing.

My courier "Tracking number: D50467517" is booked on 16th October 2022 at 9:05pm from Jalandhar.

It is processed form Jalandhar to Ambala on 18th October 2022 at 9:19am.

On 21/7/2022, I gave my parcel to dtdc, begumpet, hyderabad which was supposed to be couriered to USA by 27/7/2022. It been more than 3+weeks my courier has not delivered yet. I have been following up with dtdc office for the updates but no luck. They are not responding effectively.
