DTDC worst service I have ever seen customer service executive is useless, It's been 3days yet my parcel is not been delivered, every night by8pm they make update UAT ATTEMPT FAILED. Customer service executive is not providing the delivery details but by sharp 7pm they are winding off simply they say parcel is been out for delivery they will deliver before 8.30 but by 8pm they update Attempt Failed. I required my parcel I urgent basis please help.

    Hi

    I have not received my package from DTDC but DTDC status showing delivered this is not fair how can you mark delivered where it is not actually delivered to customer. Please deliver the package soon

      I had couriered one item and it was supposed to deliver from Mumbai to Odisha Dhenkanal. At the DTDC courier office, they checked the pin code and confirmed the pincode that service is available. After few days, came to know, service is not available. It was one important item which did not deliver at right time and it returned back to me.

      Such pathetic service DTDC is that people should boycott this courier.

        THIS IS THE SIXTH TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED TO ME FROM DTDC . My AWB number is Z49915495 I’ve got off a call from the DTDC OFFICE RECEPTION to enquire about how long will it take to get my documents delivered as the status shows out for delivery from 6 am today. The personnel asked my name and contact details and forwarded the call to the delivery agent who “just happened to be there” . I wanted to know if the docs will be delivered by afternoon or by evening at least as it shows out for delivery since 6 am in the morning. The delivery agent told that he called my number and that it says my number was in out of coverage area . Mind you, I gave two contact numbers because what was being delivered are my certificates . And he proceeded to rudely state that I just came to have lunch and I asked him if it will be delivered by evening at least, he kept loudly stating that I will not deliver today I will be delivering them tomorrow. He says he contacted my number but it says out of coverage area . Neither did he dial back a second time, nor did he dial the second contact number . Nor did he try to reach my home through the delivery address that was given by the sender . And then when we mentioned that everytime DTDC delays my express deliveries due to complete ignorance and told that I want my documents today as it was fairly afternoon . He proceeds to shout at us saying that we are blaming him and asked us to not order from DTDC anymore . WE HAD TO GO THERE AND GET MY PARCEL BACK AND THEN GUESS WHERE THE DELIVERY AGENT WAS ? NOWHERE. FUNNY THING WAS IVE NEVER HAD THE INTENTION TO RAISE A COMPLAINT AGAINST DTDC. The delivery agent himself suggested to raise a complaint and to NEVER USE DTDC IN THE FUTURE . Very disappointed, very ignorant and very disrespectful behavior from the delivery agent . Kindly take action against him.

          A parcel with tracking ID D08791818 was sent from Kolkata to Delhi (110049), and it was supposed to be delivered today (26/09/2024). I was home all day, yet no one came for the delivery. However, the status now shows "OFFICE CLOSED/DOOR LOCKED." My contact information was provided, but I didn’t receive any call to confirm this issue. How come they are showing false status when they didn't even try to reach out to me? I need my parcel delivered as soon as possible.

            I had sent the package on 9th Sep from Hyderabad to Mumbai. I was given to understand that the parcel would reach in 3 to 4 days' time. Even today, the package has not been received by the party. The AWB is H49183229. Your website says the package is at Sakinaka for 3 days. It could not be delivered to the final destination which is 10 minute drive from your sakinaka office. Pls resolve this immediately

              We shipped a parcel from Gurugram, Haryana India with AMB :F32323723 on 13th August 2024. It was supposed to be delivered at Faridabad, Haryana, India. DTDC showed on 16th August 2024 that the parcel has been delivered successfully. When we complained that it has not been delivered, they could not even produce the receiver's signature and told us that we will investigate and comeback on whereabouts of the parcel. Since then we have been given a run around by DTDC customer service with a standard reply "The issue has been escalated and backend team is investigating" for last 20 days its the same response. They do not share the escalation matrix and not willing let us speak with their supervisors as well. If we speak politely, they start acting cranky and rude. They threw us back in the IVR if we ask for the supervisor or Manage. I have been into customer service industry for over 20 years and this is the most pathetic customer service that I have ever seen.

                I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service provided by your vikaspuri, new delhi branch (110018), and to bring this matter to the attention of your ceo and director, as it severely tarnishes dtdc’s reputation.

                On 13th august 2024, my wife, who is a doctor, visited the vikaspuri branch to courier essential medicine to a patient in manesar (122052). We were assured that the package would be delivered the next day. However, three days passed, and the medicine had not been delivered. Upon inquiry, we were shocked to discover that the package had mistakenly been sent to patna, bihar.

                The worker at the vikaspuri branch then requested the medicine bill to reimburse the cost of the medicine and the courier charges. We promptly submitted the bill, which amounted to rs. 1000 for the medicine and rs. 200 for the courier charges. We were assured that the reimbursement would be processed within 2-3 days.

                Given our previous unsatisfactory experiences with dtdc, where promises were not fulfilled, we followed up in person today after receiving no communication regarding the reimbursement. To our dismay, the shop was closed. When i called the contact number provided on the visiting card, the owner informed me that the worker responsible for handling our case had left his job and that he would take no responsibility for the issue.

                This is not the first time we have faced such issues with this branch. Previously, it took 10 days for medicine to be delivered, despite us being charged for air service. We later found out that liquid medicine should not be sent via air, which added to our frustration. We chose to overlook that incident, but we can no longer tolerate the repeated failures and deceptive service by dtdc.

                I demand an immediate resolution, including reimbursement of the money we have already submitted and compensation for the time wasted due to dtdc’s negligence.

                  My DTDC consignment D31451454 has been showing out for delivery from morning 9:42 14 August and then suddenly evening 5:33 PM they mention as "Could not attempt". In 7 hours they couldn't deliver the package to me and didn't even bother to call and inform. When I called the number [protected] which is mention DTDC website, after being in queue for 20 mins someone picks the call but then they don't speak. The person kept tapping the keys on keyboard and making annoying sounds to make me disconnect the call. I could hear other guys and girls chit chatting behind but this person purposefully kept tapping the keyboard to make me disconnect as they were least interested to help me the customer. The package is very important to be delivered to me as its almost a life and death situation. If it's not delivered as soon as possible, it can affect a lot and cause severe issues. Please take this matter very urgent and deliver the package to me today or tomorrow morning.

                    DTDTC tracking reference no 7X[protected]
                    my parcel was shipped with priority and it was supposed to be delivered by 16th, DTDC never tried calling me or came to my place I was in home all day and these people mark as customer not reachable . This is very unethical charging for premium service but lying about customer availability this is very bad i need help in getting this resolved

                        Dear Team, Have sent courier on 17th June and status is showing as delivered in DTDC portal but actually it is not delivered yet. Asking DTDC customer care for last 5 days to share the receiver name and contact details.
                        But there is no response from them.

                        Documents should reach within 30th of this month otherwise . So request you to support and get it deliver it asap.

                          I am writing to express my disappointment with the service provided by your courier representative from DTDC. This is not the first instance o[censored]nprofessional conduct; there have been multiple occurrences.

                          Today, I was expecting a Cash on Delivery (COD) courier. Despite being prepared to make the payment, the courier was not handed over to me for the mere verification of customer details on the package. Instead, the courier was taken back, and a false statement was made that “the customer wanted to open the courier.”

                          This claim is entirely untrue. Such incidents have happened before with DTDC, and this time, I have decided to escalate the matter due to this unprofessional behavior.

                                  I am filing a complaint against DTDC for their failure to deliver my consignment (Tracking Number: C[protected] and their lack of response to my multiple inquiries.

                                  Details of the Complaint:

                                  Consignment Tracking Number: C40627112
                                  Date of Shipment: 27th April, 2024
                                  Issue: DTDC's records indicate that the consignment has been delivered, but I have not received it. Despite several emails sent on 23.05.2024, 24.05.2024, and 25.05.2024 I have received no response from DTDC's customer support, as they replied as Ticket Resolved.
                                  Request for Information: I have repeatedly asked for the exact delivery address and proof of delivery (including the recipient's name and signature), but these requests have been ignored.
                                  DTDC Courier & Cargo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                    Courier was booked with the tracking ID B25419512 on 15th May 2024. The recipient pincode has been updated wrongly in their system and the courier has not reached till now. The status in the portal is updated only till 16th May that it has reached Neraluru Branch. I have been literally following up via calling to the customer care and writing emails. But till now there is no response from them.

                                    Its too sad to know that they don't have the facility to transfer the call to their superior and they don't have proper escalation matrix. The worst case is, the customer care team have started to cut the call abruptly without even giving a solution. The definition of 24 hours as per their dictionary looks like doesn't exists.

                                    As a customer really wondering where the courier is and whether it is traceable or whether they have misplaced it and when it will be delivered.

                                      I have a courier with Tracking number as D91446716 which was shipped from Sirsa on 11th May. It is supposed to be received by 15th May in Bangalore.

                                      But even after multiple follow ups the courier is not yet received by us. Today is 27th May. Status on tracking portal is last updated on 15th that shipment is in transit from Bengalore Apex branch to Neraluru branch.

                                      This is worst ever service I have seen from DTDC.
