My package ( Tracking No: D81247991, Reference No: [protected], Booking Date: 04th dec'23) was supposed to get delivered today (7th Dec, 2023) to Lucknow (Pin Code: 226015).

But in DTDC tracking website, it is now showing "Not Delivered(ADDRESS INCOMPLETE OR WRONG-(CIR))".
The address provided is definitely correct and the delivery person did not even call once on the phone number provided.

I am writing to file an official complaint against DTDC Express Limited regarding the unresolved issue with my shipment, Tracking No. D80620750. Despite repeated attempts to seek resolution and compensation for the delayed and untraceable shipment, DTDC has failed to address the matter adequately.

AWB No: 7X3756410 was out for delivery on 1st Dec 2023, but the delivery person neither contacted me nor came to my address and marked the address as incomplete or wrong. This is not the first time DTDC delivery guy did this and it's a common practice that they love to do. We are not even provided any kind of SMS mentioning delivery guy's contact no.

Very rude, unprofessional and lying courier personnel employed by DTDC. My consignment (I[protected] was scheduled to be delivered on 24/11/2023. The courier personnel called stating being public holiday my merchandise would be delivered on 25/11/2023 and he requested for OTP. I've booked the courier with 3 parcels on 11.11.23. The courier was sent from jodhpur to Mumbai. The awb number is D76779904. The courier boy told to deliver by 4 days. But the Courier not delivered in 15 days at Mumbai, even the online status is showing its location in source city.

Even the courier personal don't reply, not picking call, no status info sharing.

How can dtdc services so...

The courier service is delivering the courier without attempting a call to the customer and as a result the courier is getting misplaced
