DTDC Courier & Cargo Ltd. — not delivering document till given date | |
i send my leagel document by DTDC courier at 6sep2008 by the bill no. K30442396 from Kolkata to Lucknow. they told me it will reach there within 5 days. i had to subbmit that document by 15sep but today is 19sep and my document didn't reach there. i have complained two times but there is no effect. they have given me telephone no. of lucknow head office but there no body is receving the number.the no. is[protected]/45. I send a b'daycard to Mysore by DTDC courier from Vidisha, my receipt no is "M42330904", card weight is 40 gms. on 8/7/09 at 3 pm.They charged Rs 90 for this and promise me they surly deliverd it on 11/07/09.but they deliverd it on 13/07/09.
which is a fault
i think they cheet my sentiments .also i pay them this much money for delivering it on 11/07/09.b'cos normal charges are rs 40.
So plz i want you that you can take an action against them.
