[Resolved]  DTDC Courier & Cargo Ltd. — Consignment did not reach yet

dtdc courier& cargo limited — missing of consignment

i have booked a consignment on 1/11/08 but even after 1 month of nondelivery i have enquired to the main office as well as branch office but my consignment couldn't be delivered nor even returned to me.
what i can about that missing cargo and how should i proceed agaist the above said company.

DTDC Courier Service — Consignment received in tampered state. courier agency denies responsibility

A consignment, containing five packets of dry food items, was booked at Lake View Branch, Kolkata on 20 Mar 2009 and was addresed to Bangalore. On taking delivery, only three packets were found and that too, in open condition with food packets, generally half empty and a few missing.We should have received a total of 5 packets as was also mentioned on the slip containing item description. However on opening the package we found only three. The matter was reported to the sending office (in Calcutta) who blatantly stated that the food items were consumed by the security staff at the air port. This is a case of gross indifference on the part of a courier agency.

Further complaints were ladged with the so called "customer care" segment of the courier agency and compensation was demanded but to no effect. The courier agency hasn;t botehred to respond.

A consignment, containing 3 packets includes (wedding card & sweet box). On taking delivery,one packet was not delivered at all ,second packet was delivered but the sweet box is empty and the other packet was delivered but the packing was opened and some sweets are missing from the sweet box.Consignment no. are ZO2768024,ZO2768023,ZO2768022.The matter was reported to the sending office (Lodhi Road, Delhi) . This is a case of gross indifference on the part of a courier agency.

Further complaints were ladged to the courier agency and compensation was demanded but to no effect. The courier agency hasn;t botehred to respond.

DTDC Courier & Cargo Limited — POD NOT PROVIDED

I had sent a consignment on 3rd may 2011 and till date even after so many reminders on mail DTDC is unable to provide me scanned copy of POD as required by the consignee

They are not replying properly.

My courier booked from mumbai with M10083542 on 1st sept. 2014 through dtdc courier to rajula pin code 365560 Now 6 sept but not receive courier and also last 2 days i taking with dtdc but not getting setisfy reply
