Hi, I have couriered one parcel to gurgoan (Docket no. D[protected] through dtdc courier & cargo on 31st of May 2013, till date it is not delivered to the actual address, they have delivered to some else, which i came to know when i checked there website which shows delivered. i got shocked bz it was not delivered to the actual party. no body is picking the phone in gurgoan office[protected]/61/68. DTDC COURIER & CARGO LIMITED. — Non delivery and damage of consignment
Dear sir/Madam I have booked one Glass made gift set through DTDC COURIER to Hakimpet Secunderabad on 09feb 2012 consignment number is Z52350540Z. The item was not delivered and is back in 100% broken condition. The manager is not entertaining my complaints and is thretening me as he is a local person. DTDC Courier & Cargo Ltd — Permanent damage to the consignment no D02872317
I have already complained about the permanet damaged done to the consignment no. D02872317 which was couriered from Kolkata to Dhanbad. At the time of filing complain assurance was given to me that full amount of damage will be returned. So, far I have not heard from the company even though they gave me the receipt acknowleding the damage.
