I have sent medicines worth Rs. 1100.00 through DTDC COURIER & CARGO SERVICES LTD. from UNCHAHAR ( DISTT.- RAEBARELI) to CHANDAUSI (DISTT.- MORADABAD) on Dt. 08.05.2010, but the same has still not been delivered i.e. up to 12.05.2010. Currently very poor services provided by DTDC Moradabad.Taking upto 4 days from Delhi to Moradabad courier delivery.
dtdc courier in raebrely is very irresponsible.too much worst...dont use dtdc service for costly goods such as laptop, mobile etc best prefer another courier...

I had booked a 5 kg cargo parcel (CN no. Z87913362 dated[protected] by Air cargo on 10th April from Gurgaon to Aizawl paying Rs.130/- per kg. It has still not reached aizawl as the company sent the cargo by surface instead of air.
