DTDC has given different customer care number for different location and also One India number[protected]. But when call on these numbers, no one picks up the call. This is let's say ok till you are not charged for these calls but here problem with this number[protected] is that, they have installed an IVR system. So when somebody calls on this number, charges are started from very first second and then it goes up to 5-6 minutes but still nobody picks up the call.
My suggestion to these fool DTDC people is that uninstall this IVR system so that people at least not loose their hard earned money which they have already did by using your poor courier service.
Then they have provided the E-mail address and SMS service to track the courier where also no-one replies. SMS charge is deducted from the common people pocket but these non-sense people not even reply to the SMS.
Online tracking system is only for the show off. nothing works there. You only waste your time by entering you AWB number and waiting for the stauts.
Please take action against DTDC so that people's money and time are not wasted.
