DTDC Courier — delay of delivery

I had booked a parcel to NIFT, Kangra where my daughter is studying who required some material from Chandigarh. The distance from Chandigarh is 230 km. The parcel was booked on 16/11/2009 and it was informed that the same will be delivered by 18 or definitely by 19th Nov. But on 19th when I checked up to found let alone reaching the destination it is still at Pathankot around 70 km from Kangra. They are saying it will not reach today but it may reach tomorrow. When I checked up with their office who have rec. the parcel is aying it happend because they are depending on the comapny. Now company wants to ascertain the status and have registered the complaint from me over phonme and have given a number. Will it solve the problem and we know it will not solve the problem but they buy the time and in the meantime the parcel gets deliverd in natuaral course. They also forget and we also forget . The courier service keeps running in this way fdolling around people committing delivery on time mantra swindling the beguiled consumer

DTDC Courier — Delay

DTDC is worst service i have ever experienced . con. no. v02591115 , i have sent this package using DTDC plus on 11/2/10 from pune to bhilai (chhattisgarh). they told me it'll take 2 or 3 days.. todays is 16 .. still not delivered .. when i tracked using their site i got that my package is still in mumbai... what kind of service they are providing.. i will never use this bull service of DTDC ever in my life...

dtdc worst corier company

Dear Sir,
My consignment was received in Tirupur Branch on 18.03.2010 at 02.10 pm. I tracked and telecom had with office people 14 times, till know(19/03/2010 at 11.00am) i was not received my consignment.Distance from the office to my residence is 14km (Palladam)

Very worst and Irresponsible answer and attention to the customer.

The service of dtdc is always worst. i am suffering it since one year. everytime i send parcel to delhi, to my sister's home they delays the delivery for 2-3 days than tbe specified time. few months ago my sister send me a photo frame of lord ganesha and dresses on my birthday. but when i received it the frame was broken into several pieces. she send it with a well packing. but the photoframe was broken. when i complianted about this, he said they cant do anything. we complainted in delhi branch also. but no responds. Also the staff in delhi branch talked to my sister rudely and vulgurly. she was insulted there. we complainted to regional head of dtdc in that area. but no use. DTDC is providing worst services. the staffs are thieves also. I request to consumer court authorities to take an action against dtdc for their cheating on customers. it wil help so many customers like me.

DTDC — Iam not received my documents.

This is kavya from karimnagar in telangana state. Am not received my dispatched documents from tata company, Delhi. So please take action soon.

I haven't received anything from them yet. Have anyone thought that this could be a scam?

The worst customer service and first of all change the staff and service if possible or else please close the company
