DTDC Courier — Consignment delivery | |||
Hi My name is Abhishek Rathaur and I reside in Delhi. This is to bring in your kind attention, the kind of service that we as customers are getting through the so called Customer Services of DTDC Courier services. One of my friend, sent me a courier on the 11th of July 2011 ( Consignment# Z[protected], however, by the time was writing this complaint to you, I still had not received it. The consignment was sent from Delhi within Delhi, which unfortunately has been 4 days ( within a city ). When i got in touch with the customer service ( 011-- [protected] and asked about it, they did not even acknowledge that it is a delay on their part. They even refused to register any complaint until i had to be a bit rude in asking them to register a complaint on 14th July 2011. I had contacted the above said number 6 times in 2 days without any success. Every time time i called they gave me several different numbers to contact the branch manager of East Delhi where my consignment is ( according to customer services ). The numbers that they gave me are [protected] and [protected] which never went through. After confronting one of the customer rep about the numbers being incorrect, he registered the complaint and assured that the consignment will be delivered positively by 14th July 2011 evening, which unfortunately did not happen. I am going through a very bad financial crisis and that consignment has a cheque which i am desperately waiting for. I hope you understand how a middle-class person relies on this. If you listen the calls that i made on the helpline number, you will find the exact manner, how the customer service reps talks to the customer. I have been in the customer service industry for the past 5 years and i know how to deal with customers, which unfortunately DTDC people do not know. I have also attached the screen shot of the tracking page which will prove my legitimacy. I will be highly obliged if this matter is resolved on an urgent basis and the people involved in this delay are taken care of. Please try to do it As Soon As Possible.
