[Resolved]  Dtdc Courier — Delivery not in time

DTDC Couriers — Premium delivery - Not delivered in time

Please find the below shipment details, booked through Premium Delivery. There was a comittment for delivery before 4 PM, today. But till now the consignment is not reached Chennai and as usual we are getting the lamb excuses of Flight cancelled, etc. Your customer support is not able to extend right feedback and in turn, we get very pathetic and irresponsible response mentioning that they cann't do anything for this delay and these are not avoidable.

Any further delay in delivery will spoil the purpose of sending the consignment through premium delivery. Can any one track my consignment and update the status?

DTDC — Courier not received in Time

Please refer consignment number K33708992 being sent from Kolkata on 18.03.2009 for Bangalore.

I have been following up with various branches of DTDC. Its already 5 days and I am yet to receive my courier. The document reached bangalore on 19.03.2009 and that to at a branch near to the address of delivery but it was re directed to various other branches

This has caused huge loss to me and it call for immediate action against DTDC.

siir my courior from patna was recieved by dtdtc at sunday evening 17 may and they take 140 rupees for that one and said that it will recieved on 19 may and in that courior my certifictes copies are attched and my application submitted on the last date 20 may but I have no recieve that one on 19 may and my admision is not sucess in that course .I recieved that massage in the evening of 20 may.my name is hemanmt kumar sharma and that courior come from sweta kumari patna rajendra nagar road no12 .and recieved on .shop no317 joy trading company gur nanak auto market kashmiri gate delhi 110006 .I AM NOT STISFIED FOM DTDC COUROIR SERVISE AND PLESE DO SOME THING FROM THJIS MATTER I REQUEST POLITILY

sir, sorry to inform you thet its seems to be one of the worst courier service i ever seen the Phone no mentioned in your docket never responds and the officers responce on this is more pathetic they never respond or irresponsibly. My consignment No H 60954296 was booked on 27 from hyderabad but after even lapse of over 6 days the courier is untraceable and though you charge exorbitantly in the market the service is appalling...please take a note and respond immediately...

DTDC — Delivery not on time

Please note we had sent a courier (Tracking Number - Z[protected] from Lucknow to Dehradun on 27th May 2010 which has still not reached its destination address. Today is the 7th day from dispatch and we have still not got the parcel.

My question is - "Is DTDC credible enough to be called a courier service".

I expect full refund of the charges given to DTDC and also some strict action to be taken against the company for such a callous attitude.

DTDC — Courier not delivered on time

I gave a courier on Saturday. It should have been delivered by now. But no sign. No number is available where i can track my product. I believe other courier companies are better than DTDC. At least they deliver the product on time.

tracking detail shows delivered but i have not received the package

While tracking the order it is showing that it has got delivered but i have not received my package yet. Kindly look into this

I have called by courier person told that your courier is arrived here collect from office but it's a home delivery then why it is not send to my house address
