[Resolved]  DTDC Courier — DTDC BAD SERVICES

I am Krishna Kumar booked one consignment from Kakinada Bhanugudi Branch (Branch Phone No.[protected] vide consignment No. H84689165 on 10th May, 2011 to Chennai and informed the branch about the urgent delivery (i.e., as the I am sending important documents) as the receiving person is leaving to United States on 13th night. The Kakinada branch told that the consignment will reach to Chennai on 12th May, 2011 instant. But on 13th May, 2011 I received a call from Chennai at 11.30 am stating that they not received any document till date. So, I immediately contacted the Kakinada Branch and informed the matter about the non delivery of the consignment till that time. The branch person asked about the consignment number and told that the consignment is not traceable and when I asked the branch persons about the prior bocking intimation about the urgency the BRANCH PERSON TOLD THAT WHATEVER YOU WANT TO DO YOU CAN DO AND WE WILL NOT HELD RESPONSIBLE AND YOU CAN COMPLAINT ANY WHERE.
1) IS THAT THE WAY TO RESPONSE (2) WHEN IT IS SPECIFICALLY TOLD ABOUT THE IMPOTENCY OF THE DOCUMENT PRIOR BOOKING and the matter is also informed to the Bangalore Office at 12.39 pm. to phone No[protected].
