DTDC — product not delivered on time!

Hi,
consignment number : Z69436934 .
Shipping date : 28th Mar, 2008
Distination city : Bangalore
Committment : Will be delivered by 29th mar, evening.

Today is 31st March evening and it is not yet delivered, called up the concerned branch 'Suddagunta'. The person 'Vinay ' says that the staff is on leave today, so will be delivered tomorrow .Look at the discipline.
I want my courier money to be returned.
If such things are to be happened, I am not gonna pay for that.

Today is 18th august evening and it is not yet delivered,
It carries rakhi which was on 16.8.08
I had contacted to DTDC, Mall Road Kanpur Office, and enquired about the matter. But they simply said, due to overload they could not send the packet on time
Now rakhi packet is useless after the festival.

I want to say if they can not give the service, why they commit
And what is the significance of courier service if the packet can not delivered on time.
I want a proper compensation.

I request you kindly look into the matter and solve the complaint.

My courier was supposed to be delivered two days earlier, still courier is not delivered.

Very Bad response on call from the employees

Hi, My parcel dispatched to 28 nov 2014 and consignment no. is M15734194 from Mumbai. As of i traced my consignment number, parcel delivered on 9 December but still i did not get
