i had sent a courier containing important documents via dtdc courier from kaushambi to jabalpur which was lost by the courier service.

Hi,
Even i had sent some documents via DTDC on 28 March 2011, and then i was told by the vendor that the courier will reach its destination within 3 days. Now when am trying to track it, it says item will not delivered because service does extend to the destination mentioned on the courier.
A clear case of cheating and fraud where they are trying to make money by fooling the customers. Such services should not be allowed to function and should be shutdown immediately.

DTDC Courier Service — MISSING OF IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS
DEAR SIR,i couriered some documents from LUCCKNOW TO DELHI on 24 march 2011, but it still could not reached its destination.i am worried and continuosly talking to indra nagar branch but no effective response from thier side
