[Resolved] DTDC Courier Service — Fraud Company with no sense of responsibility | |||||
If you want to get screwed then go and book your courier with the biggest sucker DTDC India. They are simply frauds. Many time when i purchase on ebay etc, the seller sends via DTDC which is actually a fraud company. They are in acute shortage of staff. No body picks phone ever at their so called Uni - India Customer support no. 33004444 and neither anybody would pick phone at their TransYamuna Branch. They are the biggest cheater company i have ever encountered in my life. They will simply take good from you and promise to deliver but they will never deliver it. My Packet No. M89757535 is showing Out for Delivery from their TransYamuna HUB which is hardly 4 Km from my place. But they are simply never delivering it. No body pick phone so whom to complaint to. They dont reply to your emails and so your goods are gone.. I am going to lodge FIR against them soon and also consumer court complaint. They should be penalized for their actions. DTDC — Fraud against customer
Dear,I had once raised a complaint against RCom. and with your support i had got justice. today i am again at your door step seeking justice for the loss that i have suffered.
I had purchased an item on Ebay website everything had went perfectly. the seller dispatched my product through DTDC courier company. the guy at the place the courier was booked said that the courier will be dilivered with 4 to 5 days. its now been over 12 days and i havent received my courier, and Ebay rules says that if i dont cofirm the recipt of the item with 10 days from the day the courier has been booked then they automatically take it as the courier has been accepted.
Now the situation is that i have not recieved the courier but for Ebay i have recieved it.
Its a loss for me as i had an impotent thing in that courier and we had trusted DTDC to deliver that. In-return when i call DTDC office in Srinagar the Guy there starts abusing and saying that "I don't know where your courier is don't call me again ...and then goes on to say if you need the courier so badly come here and search your self and even if i get your courier i wont deliver it as it not the area we cover" these are the exact words of Mr. "MEHRAJ" ..
tell me isn't it breach of contract that they charge you full amount and then they don't even deliver your courier. i mean this is the reason we pay courier companies.
please i need you to help me again this time against such sort of cruelties of companies like DTDC due to which an common person is suffering ...
