DTDC Courier — Very bad sevice of delivery

It is been headache to me even my courier was not delivered for 4 days. I have been calling to them for 2 days and even they are not giving proper response to me.

I don't know what to do with the same. Delivery of my courier is very important.

DTDC - Courier — Worst service

Through this referance noM48871660 I sent a Courier in December DTDC which Promise 3 day delivery has given this after 5 days after a long fight.

Now on 24/2/2010 again I sent a courier, till today ie 4/3/2010 it is not deliverd or they dont respond to any mail. I sent several mails to '[protected]@dtdc.com' 'CSS.[protected]@dtdc.com'; 'css.[protected]@dtdc.com'; 'css.[protected]@dtdc.com'

No one respond, I talk to one Mr Prasant in Mumbai on 3rd March, in [protected] he told he will get back to me. Now he dont pick up my Calls,

I called up their corporate office and try to find out why the courier is not delivered, they do have no answer and I was told they will get back to me.

They wont connect the calls to senier people. In their web site they given many nos most of them dont work at all.

IT IS ONE OF THE WORST SERVICE I GOT IN MY LIFE.

most horrible. Take a vow never to use such courier..After 10 days courier ha ha so called has not reached. THe company people do not respond to my calls. I m going to bloody sue them, Have spent atleast 200 bucks on phone calls as the packet is urgent...PLEASE ADVICE ALL YOU KNOW NOT TO USE THIS COURIER SERVICE. IT IS REALLY HORRIBLE...

I have sent an cover through dtdc courier service provider on 18th February 2011. Still It has not been reached to destination. I sent so many emails to dtdc but still not getting any outcome.
