DTDC Couriers — Courier not delivered

My friend Srinivas who is working as a software engineer send a courier to me from GOWLIDUDDY - HYDERABAD to KOZHIKODE on 6 th NOV 2012.Till this day i was not informed.So i contacted my friend Srinivas.I contacted DTDC Head Office,Kozhikode.I came to know that the courier i expected was sent back to origin.My Consignment number is H07999604.What to do???
