DTDC Couriers — Non delivery of package

A package of important documents - package no V10083517 was sent to me from Hyderabad on the 25th of September 2012. The DTDC website shows that the package was received in Pune on the 26th September 2012.

However, till today, four days after the package was received in Pune, it has not been delivered to me.

This has caused me a great loss, and mental agony.

Worse, there is no one to answer the phone that is on their website, so one keeps wondering what to do.

How does one take such incompetent and negligent companies to court?
