DTDC Couriers — non delivery of parcel

Sir,

My mom sent me a courier vide consignmentno: DO 9348005 from coimbatore to chennai on 15th sep 2012 (Saturday), i was suppose to receive the courier on 17th sep today its 18th sep and still i din receive the parcel, i went to their office in my locality (Palavakkam) i was informed that the parcel is in guindy and i can receive it only on 20th of sep, this is not the first time i am receiving such issue, always they are doing like this, so pls do interfere and help me to receive my parcel earlier
