[Resolved] DTDC — Delay of courier | |||||
This is Pavan Shetty from Bangalore. Working for NephroPlus Dialysis Center as a marketing Head. Dated June 21st I have asked my office to dispatch courier (DTDC)to Bangalore from Hyderabad and it contains one CD. They have promised us it will reach within a day. So I have travelled from Mumbai to Bangalore. CD contains all artworks design of advertisement brochures and leaflets. I have planned to print at Bangalore and train people how to utilize brochures for doctors. Till June 24th I was waiting for courier. So June 25th I have contacted DTDC courier office Basaveshwara Nagar and it is just 2minutes walkable distance from my office. They have asked to contact Manjunathnagar Branch. I have contacted Manjunathnagar office and they said "Courier returned from office, there is no such person called Pavan Shetty". So I have confirmed with security guard and my manager and they have confirmed no one visited from DTDC. from last 2 days I was inquiring about my courier to security guard and manager. DTDC telephone operator said "your courier is on my table". will send courier tomorrow morning to your office and she has taken my mobile number and land mark etc. But today also I didn't receive my courier. Today evening again I have contacted DTDC office and now they says "we have already sent courier back to Hyderabad". Yesterday I have given my mobile number and address to DTDC office (Ms. Bhuvaneshwari). My courier mentioned complete address and even my mobile number. They didn't contact me. It is really unprofessional. I am staying in Bangalore from last 5 days and awaiting for courier to start my work, Now it is returned back to Hyderabad. Now DTDC company should pay for me Rs 20K justice of my hotel, food expenses from last 5 days. Now I am going back to Mumbai without any work. Herewith I have attached copy courier tracker. DTDC — Delay
One of the pathetic service from 1 of the leading courier Company, i had ever came across this type of service in my life, had courired it on 4th june, still the delivery had not been made even after repeated request...DTDC sucks...:( Respected Sir,
My Brothers important document was sent from Delhi on21st Aug and the consignment no. is V17790894 to our tuticorin address till now we have not received it. and there is no positive reply from your side as a public you have to serve us better and do the needful to get the courier safely but on your there is no response. Please take severe action and help us to get the courier as soon as possible. Expecting your reply within one or two days. We will be thankful to you if you solve our problem immediately.

cd — didn't recieve my courier
sir,My friend sent me a courier on 27/01/09 and i didn't recieve it yet. It contains my most valuble things and i can't think of losing it. Please see to it that i receive it as soon as i can. The sr. no. of the courier is[protected]. Still, awaiting the delivery of my courier.
