[Resolved]  DTDC — COURIER NOT DELIVERED

I sent a courier through DTDC with the detailed delivery address. The delivery address is in Siliguri, Darjeelin. I also have the courier consignment note with the delivery address. Surprisingly DTDC website is showing that the courier has beed dispatched for Johar, Guwahati. The courier was carring some Rakhis. Today is the Rakhi day and due to this mistakes by DTDC the courier has not yet reached by home. The entire thing has put me in a position where I feel completely helpless. I would request you to take some appropriate action against it.

. I have to say that as a decision taker I initiated the regular business with your courier service since more than one year. I regret inform you that I have sent a parcel containing Rakhi, Card and a Packet of dry fruits from Ahmedabad to Mumbai using the elite service of DTDC. The parcel was sent on 1/8/09 (Consignment number: A[protected]. It was received on 3/8/09. But a packet of dry fruits (Containing 500grams) was missing from the parcel . And Instead of dry fruits some body from your company put penult. On calling the customer care number, they just keep transferring the call from one point to another.

Is there any solution to this. The authorities at DTDC are not at all bothered for the security of customer's items. This is like stealing the items we entrust them with. Please provide justice to my complain. The cost of the dry fruits was Rs 250/- and courier charges is Rs. 100.

I further say that this is not only case of stealing dry fruits and I am not making my claim limiting to the cost of dry fruits and charges. This is a once in a year parcel by one sister to her brother with lots of hope and wishes. When it comes to know regarding this mal practices, it makes mockery amongst the relations. I just have to inform you that I am belonging to the family of Lawyers. And I will not preferred any consumer complain if my issue will be solved amicably from your side. But at the same time, I promise you that I will not look after the cost of my consumer complain as it become the matter of rights. Hence kindly reimburse the amount of Rs. 250 by way of the demand draft on above mentioned address payable at Ahmedabad.

But without delivery your person has been return back this parcle from Bhadrakh office. It is a very serious issue & these documents are very urgenrt for me, if I will not get this pacle on or before 22.08.2009 I have to pay panality of Rs. 50, 000/- to 1, 00, 000/-.

So, you are requested to kindly take up this matter on seriously & deliver this parcle on or before 22.08.2009 other wise I will go for "Consumer Court"

DTDC — courier no received

Respected Sir,
My name is Amit Matta and I live in Indore city, in month of april ICFAI did send me my study modules through DTDC courier which I have not received till today i.e 27th august 2009.

Every time I visit indore office of DTDC I had to face irresponsible behaviour of the staff members, no body is ready to take the matter seriously and I have already wasted lot of time since april behind them.

My courier number is U20487255 and courier was sent by ICFAI from Tripura to Indore.

Please take action at earliest.

DTDC — DID NOT RECIEVE PARCEL EVEN AFTER 21 DAYS

i have to receive a parcel from mumbai DTDC with shipment no: "M44439707" and i didnt receive till now .
even after many times complaining to dtdc about late deliver of my parcel they did not respond to a single mail. i have called them thrice but they are not responding properly
please make sure that i receive my parcel

DTDC — Not received courier

My brother had sent a medicine parcle worth Rs. 1800/- form Kurnool to Kadapa on 14.09.2009. But it is yet not received. I enquired at the regional office but they are not giving any response. So Please take necessary action and get my parcel or sufficeint remedy at the earliest.

A courier was booked on 4th sept 2009 with DTDC courier services at Kolkata addressed to my residential address along with my phone number on its cover envelope. Today, till 3rd Oct. 2009, I've not recieved the courier. Morover, whenever I call up the dtdc care centre, they never give satisfactory answer, but say that they dint find the address (Note : I've been receiving mails on the same address). They even did not call me up on my phone; and returned it back to Kolkata, from where they sent it again to Delhi.. and now on 2nd october, they are saying that that courier has been reverted back to Kolkata AGAIN!!! Its been a month for a "instant courier" claiming courier agency. Please help!

I send out a courier on 13thOct from Chennai-Madurai very important one to my father). It reached on 23rdOct2009. Hats off to DTDC..I called helpline, they played with me, call Madurai,Call chennai..

i vijay kumar gupta sent a courier on date14/12/09 with Consignment no.Z03053128. i have also tracked that it has been delivered from guwahati branch on 17/12/09 to imphal (manipur) airport, but the franchisee seating on imphal is going to pick up packets.This is the service that your company is giving to the cleints. 10 days ago this packets yet not delivered. so i really dont want to continue with dtdc because of bad exprience. finally i want my courier to be delivered today itself or i will go consumer court. it contain some important document inside packet and you people were giving any response.

I sent a courier no. Z03361777 Through DTDC courier on dt. 26Nov. 2009. It was delivered to the wrong person. And till this date I could not get my money/packet back.
DTDC Courier service is rediculuse.

DTDC — The consignment returned without attempts to deliver

The delivery person didn't call me when he reached the house.(I don't think he reached house at all) and there was only 1 attempt by them as shown in the Consignment Tracking site. As per the rules there should be atleast 3 attempts to deliever.

Without calling or messaging me they sent the consignment back on the very next day.

My consignment no. - K39073922.

The DTDC is not delivering the parcels. They are simply returning the parcel without calling the receiver or intimating them.

Lost a costly package sent via DTDC courier ltd from vadodara to delhi. Cnsgmnt no A17555951. No response from the company despite repeated phonecalls and email at their greivance cell. Consumer forum must intervene.
