[Resolved]  DTDC — COURIER NOT DELIVERED

I have requested DTDC to provide update on below orders but they have never investigated why below couriers are not delivered.
These orders were booked in AUG 2013 but it is till date not delivered.

Poor courier service.

Please don't take services of DTDC courier. My three couriers are not delivered and it is showing status as OUT FOR DELIVERY from last 15 days. With repeated efforts no update from DTDC. Please avoid DTDC services.

DTDC — Half of the product got delivered

Hi,

I send the parcel (P25769045‏) using DTDC service and the parcel weight is 800Gm when its reach the destination its is the complete parcel, the remove some stuff from the parcel, i need that back, the decalartion amount for the parcel is 2000

A courier send from Cochin, Kerala on 6th Jan '13 to Bangalore and still today (22nd Jan '13) the courier was not received by the addressee(myself) and the courier agent declared that the good delivered on 8th Jan '13, but no details received from the agency as where it has delivered and who received the same. Please look into matter and do the needful as the agent responding rudely to the sender. (Courier ref : R 13382529 from Cochin)

DTDC — I can not receive my Courier after 10 days.

My friend sent a courier (K[protected] on[protected] from jamshedpur. It was informed that the courier will reach Kanpur in three to four days. Its now 15 days and the courier has yet not reached. It contained some books and study materials that were required urgently for exam preparation. I have been contacting with the DTDC courier office of Kanpur (IIT). But they are not responding properly. No body in main office at Delhi is picking up my call. Its a sincere request to track my courier ASAP. And take strict actions against the defaulters.

A very bad experience with DTDC. I booked a consignment No. H31388537 on 17/06/2014 to, Mr. Piyush Lulay Ranbaxy, Gurgaon which did not reach till saturday, 21st. Tracking was not working. Marredpally office server was down. No answers from Gurgaon numbers. DTDC did not contact cell number of consignee. Courier returned on tuesday, 24th saying "party shifted" which is ridiculous as Ranbaxy laboratories is a big company which can not shift overnight and comeback again. Henceforth DTDC WILL NOT BE IN MY LIST. I may discourage people using this service. I would like to know what DTDC is going to do for my mental agony and trauma caused by them.

A consignment no.[protected] containing some important medicines was lifted from Mumbai and reached Ajmer on 6th August as per the dtdc tracking helpline. And When contacted on Te. No.[protected] person/persons of your office at Lodha Market, Ajmer intimated that call some on tel no. [protected]. That guy is not picking up the phone.you people take 5 days to deliver within ajmer i am so much surprised. This is the last tym I using ur service. And if my order is not delivered by you guys or its damaged I will take necessary action against your company.

I sent mails to DTDC centre. I called several times. No one answered the phone. i went back to their centre to enquire, the concerned person said she will get it delivered the same day but that did not happen. to enquire from her i called at their pune centre again & again the concerned person only gave me lame excuses & stopped answering my calls after a while. She actually picked up my calls & disconnected again 7 again I am very unhappy with this service & treatment of my complaint plus wastage of money & efforts. I need a resolution to this as i am very agitated as a consumer.

More than the amount & the trouble caused, it is the unhelpful, unresponsive attitude of the DTDC personnel etc. that is very shameful.

My courier number is Z28578992 which was parceled on 12th aug has not yet been delivered after 8 days whereas it should have been delivered in 2 days.
Moreover the customer care does not pick up the calls and does not revert back when. This is extremely frustrating and not at all professional.

I booked my courier through dtdc on 10th September 2014. It was guaranteed 12 pm next day delivery but all day gone still no delivery done and the parcel shows in transit 11 sept 8 pm.
Irresponsible service.
