[Resolved] DTDC — There were some items missing in the Courier | |||
I want to complain about the employees of the DTDC courier company as they are the most irresponsible persons I had ever faced. I received a courier from one of my relative from Gujarat (Junagarh) and there are 3 items in that courier but I received only one of them. The courier consignment number is "A19024519". The other items are not there in the courier. The packet is also not damaged then how will the items get missed out. I am sure that office employees had done this as they had stolen the things from the courier. I was satisfied with the courier services before as they deliver the courier on time and many other which other courier companies do not do but now I am not satisfied with this. I am a regular customer of your's. I have not seen this kind of employees in any office who steal things of their customers only. I had also called to our area courier department (New Delhi - Pitam Pura) on "[protected]" even they didn't done anything to resolve they just told that they do not about the parcels which they receive, they just courier the parcels. Then I called to customer care department, the number on which I called for registering my complaint is "[protected]" but when I called the lady has listened to my complaint then told me to hold for 2 times and she asked me questions too but at the end she also responded as they cannot do anything in this case as the courier is not damaged. She told if the courier got damaged then only she will have noted down the complaint and will do something for that but now she will not be able to do anything. She told the courier of mine which they received is of the same weight which was delivered from Gujarat (Junagarh) so there were no missing items till the courier was at there place and sent from there to another office. I am also not satisfied with the service that she has served to me. At least she can written down the complaint or have forwarded to the concerned department or have done something as I have told her 2 to 3 times to forward my complaint but she didn't. From next time if I will send the courier from DTDC then I will think 1000 of times otherwise may be I will again face these type of problems and will miss my things again. If you cannot do anything for me as no one had done, at least reply back to my mail. If you can do something then do it for other's at least as I have faced these problems but at least other people will not face this again. You will loose customers (regular) like us.
