o Whoever it may concern, My goods/gifts worth 5, 000/- was couriered from Delhi - Country INN hotel's recommendation of DTDC courier service stamped DELHI KHIRKI /South Ex -18 Block branch (attached receipt) on the 26th of Aug 2013. CN# Z89112248 From : Madhukrishna Dutta, Country Inn Saket : Return address was mentioned: Madhukrishna Dutta, g/3, Bapuji Nagar, Jadavpur, Kolkata -700092 Phone # [protected] To: Malathi Satyavarapu, Visakhapatnam Its the 28th of Sep'13 - a month and 2 days and my goods have not reached the destination. Post my several follow ups/phone calls with KUMAR (Phone #[protected] the courier guy from DTDC, South Ex HE FINALLY CONFESSED THAT HE HAS NO CLUE HOW A WHOLE CONSIGNMENT WAS LOST FROM HYDERABAD Airport. There was no remorse or a compensation aspect to the Customer which is me in this case that was mentioned. To quote him in Hindi.."Madam...ab ho gaya hei..kya kar saktein hein..."!!! THIS IS RIDICULOUS. I paid 600/- for the delivery charges which is also not refunded. PLEASE HELP.
