DTDC — Failed to deliver the Parcel within timelines

Hi, Had chosen DTDC on Tuesday 20 Aug 2013 to courier one parcel (Z[protected] to Lucknow keeping a faith and good experience in past that the Parcel will reach Lucknow before Friday 23 Aug 2013 EOD but till date it has not been reached to defined destination. No Updates from DTDC website even DTDC Palam Vihar (Chauma Village) is unable to track my parcel. Really pathetic and disgusting services this time. I am afraid, I will miss my fathers b'day for which the parcel had been sent to him to Lucknow. PS: Nobody is responding from DTDC Call Centre and Lucknow branch.
