DTDC has never showed an on-time performance as far as I am concerned. A courier dispatched on 22nd November 2012 hasn't reached its destination as on 29th November. That IS NOT a courier service coz it's slower than snail mail. To add to the troubles, the customer care desk is setting high standards (pun intended). They do not receive calls from ordinary people like us nor do they reply to our mails.
What's unsettling is that, this is not the first bad experience I've had with DTDC. I've had similar displeasures twice earlier as well. Wonder what made me come to DTDC again :(
