I booked sweets and dry fruits box from Kolkata -VIP market Phoolbagan vide C/N no. V24236845 on 09/11/2015 and the booking person asked me to book in National Blue service for the next day assured delivery for which I had to pay double amount than normal delivery charges. The consignment is still not delivered after almost 96 hours.I strongly condemn this type of extortion of money from the customers by such a reputed organization.

The same thing happened to me.
A friend of mine sent a parcel for me on Wednesday, Dec 16 2015 by National blue service.
It left frm dehradun and was about to reach me on saturday.Its Tuesday already and i had not yet receive the courier.

my courier which was booked on 4th from delhi, got stuck in delhi for three days for violation of some sales tAX BY DTDC. no tacking allowed. now its showing booked on 7 jan 2016. useless service. other premium couriers are million times better the DTDC blue
