I have shipped a Courier from Hyderabad to New Delhi on 8th April with the CONSIGNMENT NO:- V21708677. I was promised that the Courier would be delivered latest by 9th April.But its been 2days and the parcel isnt delivered yet. The status shows as "delivery attempted", but no phone calls has been made to the recipent. YOUR SERVICE IS WORSE THAN A GOVT SERVICE.There is zero customer satisfaction. If it takes so long for the delivery then why do you charge the rates of "express delivery"
We have a chain of office ..15 in number across the northern belt of India...communication with each in terms of couriers is a must for smooth working.
Time is money ...but this company called DTDC do not know the value of it.our parcels are delayed every now and then ..till now we have faced a loss of 56 thousand rupees..due to late arrival of documents and stuff...when we ask them who is responsible they will play blame games...no professional dealing..when our front office is calling to ask..their so called marketing executive is saying why are we calling again and again ...at the end sending our office boy leads to the comment saying ..we would not have delivered it today also...
And DTDC it was a premium parcel ..delivered in 4 days
If you have some professionalism left and some shame ...delete this marketing executives of yours and improve your service...and ya kindly tell us what are your policies for refund due to late delivery

DTDC parcel — Parcel never got delivered
We sent a parcel to Hoshiarpur, Punjab with a value of Rs, 25, 000/- This never got delivered. What to be done? I followed a lot with DTDC but they just said it is lost.
