1. I had booked a consignment no. Z30654465 on 19 mar 2011 since I wanted an important document to reach the desired destination(Pune) urgently. But I was very surprised to know that this item had been returned from Pune back to Delhi a few days back with some shabby reason. Even the delivery man did not bother to call the consignee or the sender, though I had already written down both contact numbers on the envelope. Today, I was even more shocked to find my letter lying with the shop (AWWA shop, Base Hospital, Delhi cantt-110010) and those people did not even bother to inform me about non delivery of the above mentioned consignment.
2. Is this the level of competence your courier company wants to achieve? You must be aware that such highly inadequate and disgusting service will not attract too many customers-at least I will never come to a DTDC outlet in future.
