sir, i am ex sgt kazi aa.. 622624N enrolled in IAF on 16 Aug 78 and discharged on fulfillment of 15 years of service on 31 Aug 93.since than I am drawing my service
pension fro SBI treasury Br. Nashik vide AC no. [protected]. Authority PPO NO. 08/14/B/08958/1993..

sir, till date i have not got my revised pension.. on enquiry from SBI, they said they have not received my fresh PPO to enable them to pay me revised pension..

U r requested to please look into this matter and do needfull in issueing fresh PPO .

But I am not getting pension as per revised pension scale. on enquiry from SBI, it was told to me that they have not received my fresh PPO stating the status of of 15 years of service in IAF.

Dear chauhan ji. Monsoon session of Parliament is on. It is suggested that you forward the pensionary problems on E-ma il address of all the opposition leaders in systematic order, i.e. each issue should be projected seperately. The problems which are not implemented after issuance of GOI MOD orders should be high lighted along with letter reference No. of GOI kaushik

Dear Chauhan ji, If right to service act is not imposed upon all Govt and civil departments, . I am afraid the anti corruption movement started by Sh Anna Hazre will not yield any fruitful result. The corruption will keep flourshing at lower and middle level.Bureaucrats at MOD and defence auditors dealing with pensionary matters should be made answerable for undue delay in implementation of GOI orders dated 18 Aug 2010. This is only possible, if sh.Anna Hazre includes right to service act in his agenda of demands. kaushik

I am suppose to get Basic pension @4840/- PM but am not getting it.
I request you to pl send me a fresh copy of ppo or corrigendum ppo and also forward a copy of the same to My SBI, as both o[censored]s have not received the same. and on which
authority SBI is suppose to pay me my correct pension.

Sir,
I am 700960 Ex-Sgt j Shanker Sharan Dubey, Clk GD discharged in Aug 2005 and was getting pension from PNB, Wing AF Canteen Branch, Jodhpur.
I had applied for transfer of pension from PNB, Air Force Branch, Jodhpur to PNB, Nandanagar(Rajhi) Gorakhpur. My pension file was transferred to PNB, Bank Road, Gorakhpur in May 11 but PNB Bank road returned my file to PNB Choupasani Road Jodhpur stating that the transfer papers/file has not been sanctioned by CDA and it should be forwarded thru CDA. On this basis on 28 Jul 11, PNB Choupasani Road(Jodhpur) forwarded my pension file to Dy CDA, AF Subroto Park New Delhi-10 thru Regd Letter RL-B 601 dt 28 Jul 11.
Now my pension file is not traceable and I am not getting pension since May 11.
Could you please look into the matter and help to trace the file.

Dear Chauhan ji This is in reference to ur post 18/Aug. I think Dy CDA has bluffed you because PPO can not be issued without issuance of Circulars on the subject. Please lodge your complaint on gpportal.gov.in and keep sending reminders regularly till you get the reply. gpportal will issue you a complaint registration No. which will help you in filing the case against MOD in future. kauashik

sir I 685125-N Ex Sgt SC Tripathi INst/fit have been discharge from IAFfrom AFA Hyd on 31 may 2011.It is near about four month to be finish but my PPO has not been issued .After query pension cell told that there is observation in P5 and board is in progress.I have not been paid commutation and graduty also.please do needful to solve my problem

This is in reference to CORRIGENDUM PPO

The GOI has ordered PSAs to issue corr PPO to post 2006 retirees as per GOI, Min of Defence letter No. 17(4)/08//(2)/D(Pen/Policy) dated 18 Aug 2010 if it is beneficial to them and PSAs would have issued it by Oct 2010 which would have burdened GOI a few crores of rupees per month.

But the PSAs has not issued it till date by which individual has lost considerable interest thus directly benefiting GOI.

Further when ever individual will receive corr PPO. There will be a commutation component in it. When ever this commutation amount will be credited in his pension account, his absolute date for payment of commutation will be counted as latest one and proportionately his recovery period will be extended.

At present my recovery of commuted amount is Rs. 5790/= pm and one year is already lapsed. Suppose I receive my corr PPO right now and the amount is credited in to my account, it will be a few hundreds per month. But my recovery of Rs.5790/= pm will be extended for this delayed period. Thus instead of paying to the pensioners a few crores, the GOI will be earning tens of crores from the pensioners.

I REQUEST THE PSAs TO ISSUE THE CORR PPO WITH OPTION WHETHER TO COMMUTE THE INCREASED PENSION AMOUNT OR NOT.

All PBORs are requested to ponder upon and unite to fight for their legitimate rights.

Basic Pension sanctioned Rs.9090.00pm
Commuted Amt. Rs.4545.00pm
CVP recd. Rs.1, 87, 700.00

Amt he wil return in 15 yrs.=4545x12=54540x15=Rs.8, 18, 100.00
Now if he takes loan from bank EMI for a loan of Rs 2, 00, 000.00 @13.75% will be Rs.3076.00 for repayment in 10 yrs.

Think how justifiable is this.

Friends, regarding my post yesterday in connection with CVP restoration, the amt. of CVP mentioned is doubtfull it seems it might be an additional amt becoming due after changing percetage of commutation after 6th CPC .

Still the repayment is muchmore than it should . Keeping in view the demand raised by N.Ex.C.C. the 5th CPC has recommended restoration after 12 years.

Which has been not recived by my branch till date and because of this mistake of CDA I have lost the intrest worth App Rs 10000 for these app 2 months.

I 760916-L Sgt Rakesh Kumar Verma Elect/Fit discharge from IAF on 31st July 2011.I got Dcrg amount of Rs.277540.00 as per PPO No.08/14/B/11832/2011 which is less than all my entrymate retired on same day a lum-sum amount of Rs.60, 000.00 to Rs. 70, 000.00.All have got a lum-sum amount of Rs.339000.00.Plz. check and correct it.

Sir,
I have the honour to request that my Pension a/c no [protected] at State Bank of India Harriya Basti UP pin 272135 and my ppo no 08/14/B146441/2005 dated 27 dec 2005.Even after depositing the live certificate in SBI in the month of Nov 2011, SBI manager is not releasing pension, thereby I am not receiving pension from Dec 2011.
