dear sir i 653012H EX CPL PP0 NO 08/14/b/06072/2000 dated 12/09/2000 pension account in sbi model town - ii delhi my old account number is 21713 i am not getting pension since 2003 because i was not in india . now i have come back please do the needful i am not having account number also

DISBURSEMENT OF SANCTIONED PENSIONARY BENIFITS IN RESPECT OF EX-618936 JWO SWAMEE NATH RAI (A/C NO [protected]-3(OLD A/C NO 115102) AGAINST CORR.PPO NO 08/14/B/DP/CORR/0309/2013 DATED 25 FEB 2013

Sir,

1. Please refer following letter addressed to CPPC, Lucknow (Allahabad Bank) by your directorate.

(a). AirHQ/99798/2/618936/DAV/D dated 25 Feb 13.
(b). PPO No.08/14/B/DP/Corr/0309/2013 dated 25 Feb 13.

2. The revised medical pension benefit has been ordered and passed vide above said PPO dated 25 Feb 13 and the main copy of letter was addressed to Central pension Processing Centre, Lucknow (UP) and one copy addressed to me.

3. I had still not credited with my medical disable beneficiary pensions due to not having all supporting documents with cppc, lucknow. Please find appended below email received from cppc lucknow vide which they are asking me to kindly provide them the "certificate" which is appended by Air Force office vide PPO no 08/14/B/DP/CORR/0309/2013 DATED 25/02/2013 for payment of constant attendance allowance.

4 I have not received any certificate along with letter No AirHQ/99798/2/618936/DAV/D dated 26 Feb 13 addressed to me. I am requesting you to kindly forward the desired certificate to following addressed to enable them to credit my medical disable beneficiary pensions into my account at the earliest as it has been already too late (PPO passed on 25 Feb 13)

Kindly provide us the certificate which is appended by Air Force office vide PPO no 08/14/B/DP/CORR/0309/2013 DATED 25/02/2013 for payment of constant attendance allowance. After receiving the said certificate, we will release the arrear payment.
