I Ex JWO Atul Kumar Joshi, 704358-R, interested in knowing about the status of my pension in respect of GOI Office Memerandum No.10/02/2011-E.III/A dated March 19, 2012 regarding Central Civil Services(Revised Pay) Rules, 2008-date of next increment in the revised pay structure under Rule 10 of the CCS(RP) Rules, 2008.

I took discharge from Air Force on December 31, 2006. I was promoted to the rank of JWO on June 01, 1992.Hence one increment as per order may be applicable in my case.

Please confirm the details at the earliest.

NON REVISION OF DISABILITY PENSION

Respected Sir,

1. Refer my letter dated 18 Sep 12 by Email.

2. I received revised corrigendum PPO No.08/14/B/Corr/70086/2011 and as per this PPO my revised pension is Rs. 11970/- Per month.

3. Further i want to state that i am also receiving 40% of disability pension but as per new PPO disability pension is not revised and I am receiving the old rate of disability pension @ 2380/- per month.

4. It is requested that my disability pension may please be revised and progress of same may be intimated to me on the below mentioned temporary address at the earliest:-

NOW i am a disabled man DUE TO paralysis on my left side I have contributed for the ECHS. also.Now I am a single man ECHS.Smart card holder. and due to my body condition I am unable to go the nearest ECHS POLY CLIANIC, so i do not get the required treatment also, and every month RS.3OO/- ARE ALSO detected from my pension.
since 1986 I was getting low pension also
Thus for last 26 years I did not get my full pension
In this way old pensioners are looser in all the respect.specially the dissabled single man ECHS smart card holders.When will we start getting the OROP and what will be the effective date.
please do the need full to the old pensioners.

NON RECEIPT OF PENSION AS PER 6TH CPC
Respected Sir,
It is intimated that I am receiving family pension of Rs-5700/only per month. My husband retired from Indian Air Force on 30 Jun 1997 as a MWO. He dies due to heart attack on 11 Dec 2002. Since then I am receiving the family pension.
2. Further I want to put in your knowledge that I have not received any corrigendum PPO as per 6th CPC. The last corrigendum PPO which I received was Corrigendum PPO No. 08/14/B/CDM/392/1997. It is requested that my case may please be considered sympathetically and favorably and early action may be done to overcome my hardship. I 685218, EX-SGT Kanwar Pal RDO/FIT DOD 31/5/2005 drawing pension in A/C No -SB [protected] from Syndicate Bank Mawana (Meerut) PIN-250401, My PPO No is 08/14/B/11696/2005, . Since then I am not getting DA arriers for which I have given many complains to bank but nothing has been done so far. Also, my pension was not enhanced as per the 6th central pay commission as per the letter given to above said bank by Air Force Record Office, Subroto Park New Delhi dated 15 Dec, 2010. As per letter my latest pension is 10, 732 but up to Oct 2012 I am drawing 7521, only. Many complains have been lodged by me to the bank but nothing has been done so far. Every time branch manager tells that this is an old case so it will take long to solve my problems. I have gone to manager Mawana branch Mr Babu Ram on 26/9/2012, then he assured me to solve my problem within 15 days but even after two months nothing has been done. Approximately 1.5 lac rupees are less paid to me and in this regard I have handed over a copy to bank manager to resolve this problem but even now my pension is not updated.
You are kindly requested to take necessary action to solve my problem,

Aoc AFRO intimated that my revision of pension of Flt.Lt. has been taken up and pending at your end. Presently I am drawing my pension of Hon.Fg OFFR. Since I superannuated from service on 31st October. More than a year passed I am eagerly waiting for my Flt.Lt pension and all other pending dues. Kindly action my case at the earliest and do intimate latest progress.

Bishnu Dey, Med/Asst and my DOD was 28 Feb 2011.I had posted 04 Letters and doing phone call once every week regarding my arrears of senior-junior pay annomilies& issuance of corrigendum PPO.Ironically every time I rang I get different replly from the NEAS. They maintain a register regarding logging of complaints but all in vain.Pls look into the matter.

Since it is declared that as per VI Pay Commission new PPO will be generated to each Ex-Servicemen in upgraded version, I have not received any of the same till date.
