E-ticket — Received Communication error while booking ticket | |
Hi, This is Suresh as I had booked a ticket through SBI internet account from SC to BQU of SEPTEMBER DELTA FAST PASSENGER Dated 29.08.2008. for the month of 1.09.2008. After completing the entire procedure of the booking ticket through my SBI I had received a Communication Error but I did not received my PNR Number & also after confirming with the Customer Care of SBI they told me that a transaction of Rs 329/- has been done for booking railway ticket. Good evening sir, iam mr gopi krishna, sir i was booked online ticket for delta fast passinger (secndrabad--tenali)on 23-05-09, while iam bookig my ticket suddenly server was disconnected.i did not get any ticket or any PNR number.but money was cutted from my bank account.so please send me mail what i have to do now.if there is any possinulity to cancle the ticket.please send me mail
