Hi all this is ajay gupta... I am also one of you aggrieved from earth...It is now on us to react to them and if already there are so many complaints then it is for sure that something is wrong with earth infrastructure.. If a company "not even properly established" is handling its customers like this, then god knows what will be its future...They are not even bothered that their first ever project itself is stuck and they are ill treating their customers and they are least bothered about their image.. Their credibility and surprisingly they are one of the members of credai ... I seriously doubt what kind of organisation or association credai would be if one of their member has got so many complaints against itself... Was this information helpful? | |

We are sorry to state, what all you stated is a fiction. We are here to assist you and extend full help to resolve all issues across the table.
Kindly note, your analysis are far from the truth and it would be advisable to clearly understand the processes and systems of the company. To whom what is applicable and why, this has to be understood. You would agree presumptions and assumptions have no space in business, as such kindly meet us in person immediately and resolve all issues. We assure you full justice to you and all our valued customers, always.
We once again strongly add that there is No fraud or any kind of cheating with anyone, Earth Infrastructures is sincerely moving ahead to fulfill the trust of the customers who opted for the booking in Earth Towne.
Of course, we confirm having changed the plan. Kindly note, this has been necessitated due to technical reasons and under severe forced circumstances. Whereas, we had absolutely no desire or intention, to do so and did tried our level best to hold back the earlier plan.
However, very kindly note, the existing plan is much better then the previous one. The management has reduced the Floor wise unit numbers from 6 to 4 and have made all the units corner units and three side open with an objective to increase the ventilation and enhance the presence of nature, in each flat. Simultaneously, two families are reduced which would result in reduction of even congestion on each floor and so on there are lot other benefits to the customers. In turn a little increase in the paid area, I am sure you would agree, is justified. Trust us, we are customer friendly and we are effortful to ensure, a really “state of the art project” for our all customers.
You absolutely have nothing to worry, kindly contact me in person to update you the on the progress at our Earth Towne and I am sure, you would feel at ease and comfort thereafter.

hi all,
I have been to earth site today and i am quiet satisfied after seeing the work progress, digging of many towers like X Y Z S U V T and also other towers are complete and reinforcement work is going on very fast, go and see the work, sample is going to be ready soon, so friends don't worry everything will be going to be OK.I have a flat in S tower, I was also about to cancel my booking but its fine now, this area would be a great investment for you and this area will become better than indirapuram and vaishali because of its planning and greenery.

I had booked a flat in Earth Towne in the initial years of booking and was waiting for start of construction. There were assurances from the management that there wont b much delays. Anyway, I continued with it and my loan was sanctioned. Thereafter despite repeated visits to the Karol bagh office (which was very inconvenient as I reside outside Delhi) and mails i was not given BBA. Also I booked the flat on 4th floor but later they first shifted me to 6th floor and then 19th floor citing some rubbish reason. Now people are telling me that the project has been completed in December 2014. I got a mail from the Earth Infra for final clearance, when i again asked for the BBA there was no response. Now i got a mail regarding cancellation of the unit. This is total fraud and cheating. After years of wait this is what i get. These people shoudnt be spared. Looking at my experience, some other people who were willing to invest in Earth projects are backing out. I would like to contact some other customers too who are facing such problem.
