Still not received the refund.Called on[protected] on[protected] ,spoke to Mr Sumit and came to know that a refund cheque has been released ,Chq no 071163 of Icici bank .Still refund not received. But today i.e .[protected] , i recieved a call from[protected] informing me that to get the refund process completed , i need to reply to a mail which will be sent to my mail id which was given at the time of booking i.e. [protected]@yahoo.co.in ,asking me to disclose my bank account details, and after i send my bank account details, the refund would be made within 3-4 working days , and that too specifically friday[protected]. I would like to inform that i have not received any mail asking my bank account details and the refund was not provided tooo. Then on[protected],I had called up[protected] to inquire about my mail.I was told my Mr Sumit @[protected] that no mail has been received and I need to reply to a mail which Mr Sumit will send me on[protected] and if i reply to the mail within day end @[protected] ,which would help in initiating refund process and i would get a refund by[protected],i.e. wednesday .To my expectation, no mail was recieved. I still am sending my bank account details My bank account details are as follows A/c no[protected] A/c holder name-Shyam sunder Gupta Bank name-Icici bank Branch name-Sushant Lok gurgaon Ifsc code-ICIC0000314 Please provide me a solution as soon as possible .I want quick refund of the amount which i have paid.I do not want any further delays.
