Today, I booked a cab from Laxmi Nagar for Noida Sector 15 at app. 03.50 pm. First the service provider told that it will take 2-3 minutes to confirm the status via SMS. Did not received anything. On contacting again, is said another 10 minutes to confirm. It did not. On contacting again, it said i will get SMS in two minutes and confirmed verbally that cab shall reach at 04.50 pm. SMS did come after 5 minutes but no cab. On contacting the driver, he said he will be reaching by 05.30 pm only.
Its in inadvertent delay and keep you guessing. I suffered a lot of humiliation and financial loss on this account. my booking id is B[protected] as per SMS received). Was this information helpful? | 
Easycab — Beware of Easy Cab cheat
I left my diary in the car on 3 March 10 (booking id CZM 499091) and after alighting, driver promptly called me saying that he found diary and leaving in the Easy cab office (around Kapasheda). After several calls, constrant followups, we get a bogus message from call center that they would arrange a call back in 48 hours. Easycab is a bunch of cheats who do not take any action if you complain...Beware of leaving anything in your car....Chauffeur may be good but not Easycab!!
