I took a cab no. DL 1R X 3599 from T3 terminal to Saket on December 9, 2015 at 9:30pm. On reaching Mahipalpur Road the driver began to overspeed with aggressive body language.
On repeatedly requesting to slow down and behave properly, he reacted sharply using foul language. Finally I asked him to stop the taxi and got down at Andheria Mod where he threatened me with dire consequences if I complained and/or did not pay.
It was a very humiliating...

Non reporting of taxi

I booked a taxi on 16.11.12 evening for a drop to Delhi Domestic Airport at 0800 HRs on 17.11.12. Immediately I got a SMS confirming my booking via booking ID A[protected].
Next day after waiting till 07:55 Hrs for the taxi, I called them to check the vehicle details. It was confirmed that the vehicle on its way and will reach in another five minutes and diver will give you a call immediately. After waiting for five more minutes...

Today, I booked a cab from Laxmi Nagar for Noida Sector 15 at app. 03.50 pm. First the service provider told that it will take 2-3 minutes to confirm the status via SMS. Did not received anything. On contacting again, is said another 10 minutes to confirm. It did not. On contacting again, it said i will get SMS in two minutes and confirmed verbally that cab shall reach at 04.50 pm. SMS did come after 5 minutes but no cab....

BOOKING CANCELLED WITHOUT ANY INTIMATION

I, Ashish Agrawal, had booked an EASYCAB in Mumbai vide Booking ID A[protected] on 20.10.11 for my travel from my home in Malad East to Domestic Airport in Andheri East. The pick up timing was sharp 4.00 am on 21.10.11. I got a message from EasyCAB regarding the booking.
On 21.10.11 at 3.15 am when I did not any message from Easycab. I simply called at 43434343 no to enquire about the status. I was kept on hold...

Today morning (5th April 2011) my spouse and kid were supposed to go to airport to board flight to Kolkata. I called Easycab lastnight to book Cab for today morning 7:30AM. The booking was confirmed over phone and also got SMS confirming the booking (booking ID A[protected].
Per process, i was supposed to get another SMS today morning with CAB details and chauffeur contact number. Did not get any till 7:15 AM.Sensing problem...
