Easycab — Abuse and harassment by driver

I took a cab no. DL 1R X 3599 from T3 terminal to Saket on December 9, 2015 at 9:30pm. On reaching Mahipalpur Road the driver began to overspeed with aggressive body language. On repeatedly requesting to slow down and behave properly, he reacted sharply using foul language. Finally I asked him to stop the taxi and got down at Andheria Mod where he threatened me with dire consequences if I complained and/or did not pay. It was a very humiliating and harassing experience for me as I was tired and wanted to just go home and rest. I had to get down with no other conveyance in sight. I stood in the night with my luggage as I did not wish to tolerate his abusive behavior. This is to request you to take strict action against the driver and management of easycab as they have no checks on the drivers they recruit.
