Dear Sir,
I, Ashish Agrawal, had booked an EASYCAB in Mumbai vide Booking ID A[protected] on 20.10.11 for my travel from my home in Malad East to Domestic Airport in Andheri East. The pick up timing was sharp 4.00 am on 21.10.11. I got a message from EasyCAB regarding the booking.
On 21.10.11 at 3.15 am when I did not any message from Easycab. I simply called at 43434343 no to enquire about the status. I was kept on hold for 10 mins & was replied back that Your booking is under process & you will receive a message in next 15 minutes.
Again, when I did not get any message within the above time frame, I again called up at the aforesaid no & was kept on hold for next 10 mins..
I got the reply at 3.50 am that my booking has been cancelled.
There was no intimation beforehand from Easycab regarding the cancellation.. I am simply waiting like a mad. This is absolutely ridiculus..
I would strongly Urge to take strict Action against the Company so that these kind of practices are not repeated in future..
The licence of these companies must be cancelled..

Easycabs — cancellation without intimation
One of the worst car service providers you could come across. The service is actually pathetic.. these people don't bother to tell you in case of cancellation.. my id was AO61611003.. and to top it all, their attitude will make you feel totally disgusted
