[Resolved]  eBay India — Regarding My Apple iphone

Hello Sir

I am Arvind Kumar from Chandigarh , sir i have purchased a apple iphone 4 online from ebay company on 6th of december 2012 by credit card with 6 month EMI and on 7th of december i have recieve a massge from ebay company message was your item has been shipped through Blue Dart Courier and u will recieve it before the 14th of december , and in the 13th of december i have check the status of my courier and i have seen that it was delivered on 9th of december then i have contact with the courier company and they said we delivered your parcel at your home to the other person but i am ranted at house no 136 sec 8 A Chandigarh and i was not there on 9th of december but courier person delivered my parcel to the other person without my permission after this i have contact with the ebay they said i have sent your item and it shown that the item is delivered at your home and ebay company person did not give me a satisfaction answer and even they don;t give me the IEMI number of my phone and they said we are not responsible for this ,you have to stay at you home if you know that you have to get the parcel ,how is it possible sir ,how can i miss my office and till date i have not recieve my phone the coast of phone is 25999 Rs and courier company said that you have to contact with Ebay we are not able to give the claim because it is a simple courier ,kindly do the needfull as soon as possible
