[Resolved] Election Commission, Andhra Pradesh — Voter Id not received despite being a registered Voter. | |
I have registered as a voter in Medchal constituency. I verified my name in the electoral list available on the site ceoandhra.nic.in and found that it has been indeed registered [Voter ID card number: YAV1127463]. I have not yet received the voter ID card with the number mentioned above till now, I have tried to get the same on my own by contacting the e-seva at survey of India, uppal. There, they informed me that only the GNH series ID cards of medchal constituency are only opening, so they were unable to issue me ID card of YAV series. I have contacted the 1100 number for 10 to 15 times to get any information of about where can, I get the ID card issued to me, but they couldn't provide me any information and asked me to contact grampanchayt office of boduppal or Ghatkesar MRO office. When I visited the grampanchayt office of boduppal or Ghatkesar MRO office and enquired about the Voter ID card, they informed me that their do not have any ID cards and simply sent me back without providing any other infromation of where should I approach to resolve my issue. Shame on the officials and the government for not taking these matters seriously, I want immediate action and as a result of it, my ID card delivered to me immidiately. i am student of bharthi reasoures learing centre in kphb near kings bakery opp rs brothers i have vote this time but our colleage is putting exams in between 20and26their giving holliday only on 23rd sir we are the students of 170 members all are having vote use in 23rd only sir if we go we got less marks sir pleaze take step sir we have to vote sir plz sir
I also agree with UmaMahesh..Same problem with my voter id also..My mom and myself applied at same time in kphb, Hyderabad.She received the voter id mine is still pending.When she went and asked in MRO office KPHB colony they said that remaining voters cards are sent to MoosaPeta.When we enquired in moosapeta they said they didnt receive any voters card from KPHB MRO office..
Whats this nuisance?Can we assume that Inorder to caste our vote illegally they are not supplying voters cards.It seems those people are selling our voters cards to other people or parties..
Can you please take this seriously and do justice to people like us?

Now iam living at Plot no .150, Seshadri enclave, Chowdariguda Village, Ghutkesar (M) Medchel AConstency.Iam Subbmitting my application for change of address throw Publicity cell, secrateriyat.But No use and note done. another once i subbmit same application in my village throw VRO of Chowdariguda, but no use.Finally i meat personally to Tahsildar of Ghatkesar, Till today i had no responce . I request you kindly give me the information is my name is placed in chowdariguda village voters list or not .

i have lodge this complaint to explain that how much of corruption is going in ongole prp mla candidate office. i request you to send you your person in ongole in disguise send observe the corruption going on.evrey person in the is trying to buy voters at any cost and get mla seat.all persons and candidates are misuinbg there power and are trying to have some money in there personal a/c's. so this is my complaint.youcan observe all these by being in this office in disguise.and some other persons are also involvingin this deed.thank you.please keep my details as secrete or else my life will be in danger.

My wife works for HSBC Electronic Data Processing India Pvt. Ltd. based at Road no 10, Banjara Hills. Though she does not have a voter id, she is keen to cast her vote using a government id. However, to her and my utter dismay she is not getting the day off tomorrow i.e. 16th April 2009 to cast her vote. I believe being a citizen of the largest democracy it is our duty to take part in the process which would decide on the nation's tomorrow. She is highly disappointed with not being able to vote and feels that we all should get a day off to participate in the voting process.

i am very much disoppointed that, when i searched in the voter list to cast our vote today my wife name was deleted from the list. since 2002 we have votes and we are staying in the same house no.3-5-340 at gandhi road, karimnagar. Once entered in the voter list how they deleted the names without enquiry.
So, i request your benign authority, kindly take the action on the persons who has deleted the names without taking proper enquiry.

We casted our vote last time for General Elections and for Local Body elections Last Year also.
This time there was a problem regarding our house number in Panchayati Secretariat list and we corrected at the office and taken Photos for these general elections. The Panchayati Sceretary Neglected our Applications and all my Family members were not present in the Voter List.
Kindly take appropriate action against Dhammaiguda Panchayati Secratary for his Neglegence.

This is a situation despite the uproar by the public and media that the there are huge irregularities in the verification and despatch of Voter ID cards. I wish I receive atleast the status of my Voter ID Card as to when shall I receive it? or on the contrary if shall receive it at all?
I feel this is a serious effect of negligence and lack of committment on the part of the officials (both at the ground level as well as at the higher levels), that such things are happening despite the use of technology to improve and ease the process in all means.
Shame on the officials and the government for not taking these matters seriously though the elections are scheduled in a month. I want immediate action and as a result of it, my ID card delivered on time.
