flat no B-22 katwaria sarai,dda flats, phase - 1,opp qutub hotel, new delhi 16 has been a regular offender of electricity thefft for the past many years .
and no actions has been taken even after repeated complaints .
his ac is on through out the day and the colony has power cuts due to voltage overloads.
please take appropriate actions as soon as possible.
