Electrolux Microwave Oven — Indiatimes Shopping cheated me

I have ordered a Electrolux Micro Oven and my order no was =[protected] payment was already made through visa card on 29/12/2009 . In spite of giving the complaint no = 92891 , my product has not reached me yet. I feel I am cheated by the company as they took the money and did not delivered the goods.I request the consumer forum to take immediate action against the company Indiatimes so that no further customer is cheated.

I had booked an order for Electrolux Microwave Oven and the Reference No. given to me was [protected]. Against the order Rs.4290/- was deducted from my Visa Card but the product has never reached me. Whenever I tried to contact the customer care, they play only music and doesn't bother to attend my call. I don't understand where to go, to place my grievance, to be solve and get my product or my spent credit card money. I feel very much frustrated being cheated by this Indiatimes shopping company and here I am to lodge complaint for a favorable solution.

Hey same is the case with me, my order number is[protected] and my complain number is 125746. Indiatimes cheated me also. Please do take some action against indiatimes.
I got my delivery of the electolux micro oven
hello sir /madam, i kuldeep panwar bought two microwave oven(25 liters) on[protected].from avatar electronics. mohan singh market, r.k.puram sec-6 new delhi.from the begining i suffered a lot.after three months from the date of purchasing my microwave not working properly. i lodge a complaint in customer care center. ur engineer mr. satish visited my house and told me sir ur microwave faulty.i said to him please repair this fault.after 10 days same problem occured i not used my microwave oven.again i called ur engineer through customer care and same problem repeated for a long time.at last because ur product comes in guarantee period i had a word with mr. rajesh owner of avatar electronics from where i purchased my oven.please give me a replacement of this oven.i cannot use this in future.after that he agreed to give me a new microwave of same model.but this model was not in the stock.he give me phone no. of MR.BALGANESH(ASM) SOUTH DELHI.I HAD A WORD WITH MR. BALGANESH FOR REPLACEMENT.HE AGREED TO GIVE ME.BUT LONG TIME WAIT I M NOT GETTING MY PRODUCT THAN I TALKED TO UR COMPANY SENIOR OFFICER MR.Rao.and told whole story.finally mr balganesh came to my house(215, SHAHPUR JAT, NEW DELHI-110049) AND GIVE ME A STANDY BY OVEN OF 26 LITERS.I TOLD HIM THIS IS NOT A SAME PRODUCT WHICH I PURCHASED IN BEGINING.AND PICKED MY OLD ONE.HE GAVE ME AN ASSURANCE DONT WORRY SIR WHEN UR MODEL COME IN MY STOCK I WILL REPLACED THIS WITH NEW ONE.ITS MY FAULT BECAUSE OF COMPANY REPUTATION IM NOT TAKING IN WRITTEN FOR REPLACEMENT. I TOUCHED WITH MR BALGANESH PLEASE REPLACE MY MODEL BUT AFTER SOMETIME HE LEFT THE JOB.I SENT SEVERAL MAIL TO VIDEOCON CUSTOMER CARE.FOR REPLACEMENT.BUT THEY ALL DENIED MY REQUEST BECAUSE THEY ALL GETTING A RECEIPT OF WRITTEN PROOF FROM MR BALGANESH SIDE.SIR HOW CAN I SEARCH THIS MAN.NOW THE LATEST STORY IS MY MICROWAVE MAGNETRON FAULTY AND NOT WORKING PROPERLY( MAGNETRON COME UNDER THREE YEAR WARRANTY PERIOD).I PUT 10 COMPLAINTS IN CUSTOMER CARE LATEST COMPLAINT NO.IS PDEL-[protected].UR ENGINEER VISITED MY HOUSE AND COLLECT MY ORIGINAL BILL AND WARRANTY CARD TERMS AND CONDITION.BUT HE SAID THIS IS NOT MATCHED UR MODEL NO.NOW UR PRESENT (ASM) KAMAL KHAN TOTALLY DENIED ME TO GIVE SERVICE OF MAGNETRON.HIS BEHAVIOUR IS NOT GOOD WITH CUSTOMERS.SIR PLEASE HELP ME REGARDING THIS AND CHANGE MY MAGNETRON AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.OTHERWISE I TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST UR COMPANY AND PUBLISH IN NEWSPAPER THAT UR COMPANY BETRAYED ME.SIR PLEASE TAKE SOME NECESSARY ACTION IN FAVOUR OF ME
