I travelled from Luanda (Angola) via Tag Airlines DT 550 on 15 th May 2009 to Dubai and then from Dubai to Delhi by Emirates EK 516 on 16th May 2009.
When I boarded at Dubai I asked the Ground Staff if my Luggage have been Identified and they replied yes.
When I reached Delhi I could not find my luggage and registerd a complaint to Emirates Ground Staff.
As I had a Local Connecting Flight to Trivandrum with 2 Hrs I had to rush to the Domestic Airport and told the ground staff about my situation.
They aksed me to contact Trivandrum Emirates Office and still now I had not received any response. I had made several calls and still no feed back. Was this information helpful? |
