I left my black colour thick paper bag inside the aircraft while getting down. I had kept the bag below my seat E58A. After getting down and when I was going for immigration clearance i immediately realised that I left my bag and went back immediately. But the airlines staff did not allow me to go inside the aircraft and also did not co-operate in seeing the CCTV footage or either helping me in getting back my left baggage. After running from pillar to post for more than 4 hours i lodge complaint at the KIAL airport and went back home calling Emirates helpline for helping me get back my left baggage.
The bag was black colour paper thick bag with a golden lining and "J" letter on it. The bag had samsung galaxy A23 ultra mobile phone and samsung airpods and apple airpods. The bag had also the original bill in my name " Mohamed Hafeez. The phone was wrapped in a brown paper and kept inside blue and white Max plastic bag.

Date of damage: 2nd july, 17
    Airlines: emirates (Delhi-dubai-riyadh)
Description: damaged checked in cabin bag
    Complaint reference: ruhek16463
    Booking reference: mvqe43
Desirable resolution: replace damaged bag with same new condition bag or refund full cost of bag.

Initially emirates did not allow me to take my cabin bag along with laptop with an excuse that policy is changed. Later they allowed cabin bag to check in. Second incident happened when i was not served vegetarian food from dubai to riyadh with an excuse that vegetarian food is not available. Lastly crossed the limits when i received my cabin bag damaged without samsonite tsa lock along with zipper misplaced. And the zip was damaged from one corner leaving it useless. Since once bag is opened it can't be closed.
I lodged complaint at riyadh airport and chasing with emirates, riyadh & dubai continuously from last 2 months. But it seems negligence in closing the case.

After 45 days follow up airlines, customer affair is not ready to pay more than inr9440 out of cost of inr12000. Whereas current market price of same model is now inr13000. They initially offered to get damaged bag repaired since it's under warranty. But i am least interested to use repaired bag. Their negligence behaviour has irritated me & i am going to travel back to india in next 2 days without any resolution.

All i need is same model bag in same condition in which it was checked in at delhi airport. Else refund of full cost even with compensation for all sorts of inconvenience.

Now, customer affairs is not even replying on mails & their contact no. Of dubai is on voice mail.
Attaching few mails out of 2 months conversation with complaint slip & photograph of damaged zip of bag.

Kindly help to resolve this issue asap

    Thanks in advance

My daughter ms. Kruthika surineni, had confirmed reservation on 04/august/2016 (Pnr: l7ib7s) for the following sectors (Copy of ticket attached)
      Hyderabad-dubai : ek 525
      Dubai-seattle : ek 229 and
      Seattle-phoenix : as 622
She was travelling first time to the usa for higher studies phoenix (Arizona state university), a new continent and place.
On 4/aug/2016 she checked in at 0400 hrs (Ist) at hyderabad airport and checked in with 3 bags with sequence nos. Ek 390634, ek 390635 and ek 390636.
Ek 525 took off at 0840hrs (Ist) with 4 hours delay and landed in dubai at 1019hrs (Dubai time)
The connecting ek 229 took off without kruthika surineni.
Kruthika was asked to wait at the transfer / rescheduling desk in dubai airport from 1030 hrs (Dubai time) on 04/august/2016 for 24hours until the next flight was arranged to take off at 0935hrs (Dubai time) on 05/aug/2016
Emirates air lines did not provide any accommodation to the passenger for all the 24 hours. This definitely does not speak well of the world’s best airline company.
The young girl was put at distress having no spare dress to change and place to relax.
This 24-hour waiting without room to rest or relax, was followed by a 14hour non-stop flight from dubai to seattle.
With all the delays and rescheduling of flights, the passenger reached phoenix on 6/aug/2016 at 1140hrs (Ist) without the three checked in bags (Sequence nos. Ek 390634/635/636 copies attached).
Total time taken from hyderabad to phoenix is 45 hours and 40 minutes
2 of the 3 bags (Nos. Ek 390634 / 635) were delivered to the passenger on 09/aug/2016 at 2230hrs (Ist). So the passenger had no additional clothing or personal hygiene items for almost 5 days.
The third bag is yet to be traced and delivered.
The emirates has caused utmost hardship and inconvenience to a young student passenger.
The remote location of the university campus without her baggage has added to her agony which has affected health too.
May i insist on the world’s no.1 rated emirates airline company to compensate for the agony which the lady is still undergoing at the new place in the usa on first landing without personal clothing and effects for over 6days, in addition to the refund of the fare

I would like to bring in to your kind notice, the grievances I have against Emirates airlines. I have cancelled a ticket in December 1st week ( the details being mentioned below) . I have been told that it has been refunded since last 1 and half month by their call centre without any further information. I have repeatedly asked when it was refunded, where was it refunded, how much was refunded and bank transfer details on the refund. As my bank has not credited the amount, it must mean that there is some issues in between. For your reference, I am providing the transaction details: 1. The original ticket was booked on 31st October 2013 through my Citibank credit card numbering XXXX XXXX XXXX 3665. The amount deducted was Rs. 50038/- . The booking was for 16th December travelling from Delhi to Vienna and return on 19th December. The booking reference is NHXKDW and ticket number : 176 [protected]. 2. Subsequently, I changed the dates, so as to travel on 14th December travelling from Delhi to Vienna and return on 19th December. The booking reference is NHXKDW and ticket number: 176 [protected]. The amount for change was Rs. 4985.00/ and was paid through my ICICI Debit card ending with 3072. 3. Since I changed my travel plan, I cancelled my ticket online and a confirmation was received on 7th December 2013. 4. My ICICI bank account shows a credit of Rs. 70.23/-, which indicates that the refund for changed itinerary was made. It is very apparent that the main ticket which was purchased through my Citibank credit card is not yet refunded. Repeated phone-calls and emails has not resulted any information sharing.

For which I received a call from Emirates – Mumbai who gave me the complaint reference number .After reaching home when I opened my coffee table I found the same type of damage to its surface. however after 2 attempts my complain has been rejected by Mr. Eddie Jaggi Emirates Airport services Manager- Mumbai. Dear Sir/Madam,

This is with reference to the above captioned subject claim for Baggage which went missing on 19th Feb,2010,all details and claim documents have been submitted to your EK office on time.

We fail to understand what is keeping Emirates waiting from settling the claim to a passenger who landed in Dubai in an early morning flight with all his personal care and clothes/imp business documents gone missing !!! The Entire Trip of Dubai went futile as all my project papers / presentations were in that Bag.

Is Emirates Airlines manipulating HOW NOT TO PAY ????

It's surprising and shocking to see this behavior from an Internationally renowned airline who after a period of nearly 45 days gone, still wants to grill the passenger and ask him what was in his bag and so on.The details of all the contents and their purchase value has been already sent to your office long back but there is simply no reply/settlement of the claim.

We therefore request you to kindly look into this matter without further delay and call me on[protected] after sending me the amount offer letter as we cannot wait indefinitely for compensation.

              Await your valued response
              Thanks/Regards

Almost it is nearly Fifty days completing but still no result.
First of all it is not a small box, it is a big baggage size of 900*600*300mm, how it can be missing, It is the worth of AED 3299. Daily I am calling by phone to India and Dubai regarding this Baggage, Kindly do the needful, as yearly as possible.

I am still waiting for confirmation that Emirates have not paid me any compensation for my delayed baggage. I flew on 16.10.07 from Dubai to Nairobi.

I have emailed them several times. Have rang Dubai office and London office.
Think we can all forget about claiming for the delayed baggage or lost baggage. Emirates will not bother with individuals like us. They will tell you if you are not happy with their service, go travel with other airline.

                        Hi,

Last month, I took flight from New Delhi to London via Dubai. While coming on Dubai-London flight, I was given "Hindu Meal" as per my choice. when I was eating then I realised, there was fish. For me, its not an issue of eating fish or any non-veg, but I thought I should put words to the crew.

The person, who claimed himself as team-lead in crew, became so furious after hearing complaint from me. He was telling me the "Hindu Meal" doesn't mean a Veg Meal and I should check all details by calling customer care people before boarding on Emirates and told me to take all precaution before any future board on Emirates. I was just telling the crew person that you should mention this on website if it is Veg or Non-Veg. I was not knowing that the "Hindu Meal" is actually has been personally defined by Emirates.

That person didn't stop there, but while boarding off the plane at London, he reminded me again to check with customer care before future travel on Emirates.

Unfortunately, this happened while I was away from my country.

I travelled from Luanda (Angola) via Tag Airlines DT 550 on 15 th May 2009 to Dubai and then from Dubai to Delhi by Emirates EK 516 on 16th May 2009.

When I boarded at Dubai I asked the Ground Staff if my Luggage have been Identified and they replied yes.

When I reached Delhi I could not find my luggage and registerd a complaint to Emirates Ground Staff.

As I had a Local Connecting Flight to Trivandrum with 2 Hrs I had to rush to the Domestic Airport and told the ground staff about my situation.

They aksed me to contact Trivandrum Emirates Office and still now I had not received any response. I had made several calls and still no feed back.

                            Hi,

I was traveling from London to Delhi on 15th August 2009. I was along with my wife who is 7 months pregnant. We boarded into flight at 4:00 PM and Flight was scheduled to depart at 5 Pm which eventually took off at 6 PM. After 7:30 PM the first meal came in. And approx at 8:15 when Dinner was served after a long wait, to our utter surprise we were being told a steward that there are no Veg food available in the Flight in spite of making sure at the time of booking of the flight. Now because of being strict vegetarian both o[censored]s were not in position to have anything, I was able to manage but asking my pregnant wife to manage without food for the 10 hours was too much of the asking. Though one of the female airhostess bought one beg food packet from somewhere ( though it was claimed that there is no packet available) it was beyond condition of consuming as it was a used one. On the top of it when I asked the same steward " Mr. Dan" if I can have some biscuits for my wife he said there are none in the flight which is highly unrealistic. The last nail in coffin was when we were leaving the flight the same guy gave us a sarcastic smile and should be the fingure to leave. . I could see a racial discrimination element in his smile as well. I am a frequent flyer and a member of many airlines program however I have never came across such an instance. This was highly unprofessional, inhuman & disgusting act on the behalf of the airlines to treat a customer who is also a pregnant woman like this.

When I tried to search the customer feedback section on the website there is none available.

I am thoroughly disappointed with the fact that an airlines like Emirates can be so anti-customer centric.

THERE WAS NO SERVICE PROVIDED IN THE FLIGHT. WHEN I ASKED FOR WATER THERE WAS NO ONE TO LOOK AFTER MY REQUEST.
AND LAST WHEN I ASKED FOR COMPLAINT BOOK, I GOT A REPLY THERE IS NO COMPLAINT BOOK.
I totally agree they have the worst ever service and their call center sucks. Emirates is a third class airline

Emirates airline 503 - Mumbai to Dubai was delayed for 23 hours on 4th July 2009. At first the Ground staff announced that due to bad weather, the Plane has be routed to another city and will be delayed for 3 hours. The scheduled departure was shifted from 19:00 to 22:00 and all passengers were pushed from one gate to another on the airport. Emirates served dinner and but kept on promising that the flight will leave in the next one hour. After a long wait of 6 hours, and after frustrated and angry passengers made complaints, they finally took the passengers on the flight - But it was not over yet. we were made to sit in the flight for 3 hours and told that we would not fly to Dubai but instead to Karachi. Passengers did not agree to this and after 3 hours of waiting in the PLANE, all passengers were asked to leave the flight. Immigration was canceled and passengers were told that there is no positive time frame on when the flight will leave and that hotel accommodation will be provided. Almost 14 hours after this, the flight took off mumbai Airport.
Emirates airlines blames BAD WEATHER, but during the 23 hours of waiting, almost 100 planes must have landed and taken off from Mumbai CSIA. In fact 4 emirates flights took off from the airport and the ground staff did not even try to send the delayed passengers in those flights.
The Ground staff of emirates in Mumbai have shown the worst management and service. Ofcoz the hotel stay and dinner was great, but claiming that a flight is delayed for 23 hours due to bad weather while other airlines and flights move on is just a very stupid excuse to their incompetence.

While coming back from USA we had four checked in baggage, out opf which in one bag there were few ornaments
which we had taken to USA to attend few functions in marriage ceremoney.

On arrival at Ahmedabad Airport on 30th May we were told that one bag is missing and you will receive the
same within two days. After three days we were informed that the bag is missing and they are trying to
                                locate the same.

On 19th June I received a message that the bag is found at JFK Airport and we can collect the same
on 20th June from Ahmedabad Airport.

While taking delivery of the bag in presence of the staff members of Emirates, we found that few ornaments,
packets of Gillet blades, Female stalkings, T shirts and few other items were missing from the bag.
At the first sight it was found that the bag was scrutinised by the staff members at JFK Airport and
the ornaments with Dimond were taken away. All the pouch that were containing these ornaments
were left empty in the bag.

The Airport staff does not allow us to lock the bag. If the bag is locked, they always break the lock.
One can understand that at the time of security check the staff members found ornaments in the bag
and deleberately they kept the bag aside, they had broken both the handles of the bag, so that the
tag and other informations may not be there and the bag can be treated as unidentified bag and
they can easily take the valuables from the bag. If you does not allow the bag to be locked, who is
responcible for the theaft from the bag.

At the time of taking delivery of the bag, we were told to fill up claim form, but within half an hour
we were informed that we will not get single $. We are in financial loss of more than 500 $
only because of travelling by Emirates.

So many passangers informed us that they had bitter experience in Emirates Airlines and they have
started to travel by other Airlines.

Kindly look into the matter and reply me at the earliest, so that we do not start advising other
people not to travel by Emirates.

                                  Dear Sirs,

On 06.02.2009 I had a flight from Bangalore to Sofia thru Dubai and Athens. From Bangalore to Dubai, I had flight EK 569 and from Dubai to Athens I had the flight EK 105. At the check in in Bangalore, I was told I have a large extra lagguage and I have to throw some of my things and also to pay 650 euro for the extra 20 kg of personal belongings. As I was at the end of my journey in India, I was left only with 200 euro in my pocket and I insisted that it is not normal to be charged such an enormous amount just to bring home my own clothes and personal belonginings. When they understood I don't have the entire amount, they asked the balance from my traveling friend!!! Also, they asked me to discard of my goods. So, after removing aprox 5 kg from my lagguage (all of it being precious presents from my family), I had to witness how my own things were being divided before my eyes between airport staf[censored] While I was beggining for some understanding, they literally stole my things from my troley.

I have entered today on the site of the Emirates to file a formal complaint. I could find no such possibility as no contact is provided for this case. I see I am not the only one to have been terribly cheated by this company and moreover to be so ignored. I wonder if the 400 euro which the Emirates evenutally managed to smuggle out of me and my friend will help them pass the financial crises that affects all o[censored]s today. Somehow, I will overcome my financial shortcome caused by them, but I most certainly never travel with this company again.

Please advise if there is some organization that will take into consideration my rights as a consumer, as I intend to file a case against them.

                                    Emirates — Baggage Untraceable

On 12th Dec my friend was supposed to board Emirates EK 504 from Dubai but due to some snag she was told to board next flight EK 506 but the baggage was taken by them earlier at 3 AM Dubai time later on reaching Mumbai one of the bag was Missing & we tried to contact Emirates Mumbai they say the Bag has not left Dubai & Dubai Authorities are saying they dispached the Bag With COntainer No. AEK 14302 EK.
Though we have filed complaint we have been given a file no. BOMEK 24964.

I would now not recommend any one to travel by EMIRATES neither will i travel from the same, as i think EMIRATES is also now one of the most unreliable airline.

There is no one to listen to your problem.

We arrived in Delhi from Riyadh via Dubai on 19th November, 2009. At the Delhi airport we found that one of the bags was missing for which we duly reported to the Emirates counter for such cases at the airport submitting the original baggage identification tags to the Emirates representatives immediately on arrival at IGI Airport, New Delhi on 19 November.

It has been 18 days now since we landed in New Delhi. We were told that the missing bag will be traced within three days and delivered at our door step.

This is a really frustrating and irritating experience this time with Emirates. Even after our repeated follow-ups, we were told that the bag was still untraceable. on December 06, 2009 we received a call from Emirates office at IGI airport that our bag had been identified and that the same will be delivered. To our extreme and painful astonishment, we were delivered a wrong bag belonging to some other person. We returned the bag in person at your office.

By next week, I will be back in Riyadh and am feeling cheated by the airlines and its staff at IGI airport.

Kindly suggest how can I lodge complain to consumer courts for compensation.
                                    Regards

My bag was damaged during flight from Dubai to delhi on Nov 1, 2008. When at the Delhi airport I contacted them, they were not ready to listen; I was harassed and misbehaved by one Mr Raja Tripathi. When I asked him to give form to file complaint, he denied and said go wherever you want to and do whatsoever you can. He also used abusive words for Indians, saying that Indian passengers are like that only and need this treatment, listening to this, I asked him to get me to his supervisor, for which he refused, misbehaved again and asked me to get out from the counter in abusive language. when I could not get any help I approached GMR counter which was on other side: GMR people were very helpful and they argued with him to lodge my complaint, and asked me to go th emirates counter again, but as I reached there, he disappeared from scene. I kept on waiting then another person came who told his name as Sumit Saini, he was nice enough to listen to me and lodged complaint for damaged baggage, when I asked him that I also wanted to lodge a complaint of Mr Raja (or may be Rajat) Tripathi for misbehaving with me, he said to lodge it online, as Raja tripathi was his colleague. In the meantime Raja came and again misbehaved with me. Raja tripathi at Delhi airport was very rude and said he doesn’t care for Indians, though he is an Indian, but looks like: Emirates taught him not to care for Indians.
I hope Emirates will listen will compensate for my damaged baggage and will remove racist person like Raja Tripathi from customer service desk to somewhere else to avoid further racial comments for Indian. If not then all Indians should Boycott Emirates until Emirates remove such racial employees from customer service at least.
I will wait for Emirates response for some time before sending this letter to Indian Government and press to bring policy of Emirates for Indians to general public.
                                      Thanks

A person like Raja Tripathi is a shame for our country, India. They easily spoil the reputation of our Indian culture. These types of people are not educated enough for any kind of jobs/services; but by some how they manage a job from back door and then start to show their color.
It is not just one Rajat Tripathi, there are plenty of officials like that everywhere. It is their attitude towards work and I know very well how to deal with such mongrels. I had similar experience and i got the compensation from Emirates. Details are in my blog search google for "Emirates do listen to customer complaints".

                                        Dear Sir/Madam,
With reference to EZ7MT2; I, Rajesh Kumar, alongwith my parents Dr. Ram Chand and Mrs. Harbhajan Kumari had boarded the return flight EK00400 from Birmingham to Delhi via Dubai on October 14, 2008 at 2:15 p.m. Our three handbags were safely with us.
But, while on boarding at Dubai Airport for the flight number EK0510 at around 4.00 a.m.; one Emirates official who told his name as Mohammed, aged around 26 years, height around 5 Feet 9 inches and good-looking asked us to give us our three hand baggages. We requested him that let us carry the Baggages ourselves since we had carried these from Birmingham to Dubai and secondly, the luggages were not locked. But, he did not listen to us. The details of badges of three hand baggages given by Mohammed are as follows:EK 405575/81; EK 405564/81 and EK405565/81.On our arrival at our house;we found that from the two hand baggages handed over to Mohammed; clothes worth Rs. 25, 000 were missing.
Therefore, we request you to look into the matter at the earliest and compensate us adequately so that goodwill in your airlines is restored.

I need to report this harrowing experience I had with Emirates and complain about their ground staff and especially their supervisor at Heathrow terminal 3, London:
I flew from London to Hyderabad on 25th of June 2008 on emirates flight EK 0002. I was returning from my holiday in the US and had made a stopover at London.
Since I had an extra bag, I had contacted the Emirates office in London 2 days before my flight and had asked them if I could take an extra bag with me on payment of excess baggage charges. I was told by the London Emirates office that I could take an extra bag with me and that I would have to pay a charge of GBP 67. I called again the second time and re-confirmed this fact and also asked Emirates to email me a confirmation note on this, which they did. (I have scanned the email which I received from emirates and have attached the same here).
I reached the airport to check in and there started my turmoil. I was greeted at the emirates check in counter by a woman who claimed to be the supervisor and was rudely asked why I was carrying an extra bag. I informed her that I did have an extra bag and that I did check with the emirates office 2 days prior if I could take an extra bag on payment of excess charges, and that I was informed by them that I could. I even showed her a copy of the email I had received from emirates confirming the same. The reply i got from her was “who knows who sent this email to you. You could have sent this yourself. Sorry, I will not allow you to take this bag, come what may.” I showed her the email again and pointed out the source of the email which was “Sean McCann ([protected]@emirates.com). She laughed at me and asked me to go and complain to whoever I felt like and that she was the boss then and she would see how I boarded the flight unless I left the bag behind. I asked her to advise me what to do since I had brought the bag with me and my flight was to leave soon. She replied, “Dump the bag in the garbage for all I care. Its not my job to advise you what to do with your baggage”. At this point I was literally in tears not knowing what to do and my flight was to leave soon.
Seeing me in tears, another emirates staff member probably felt sorry for me and advised me to leave the bag at the left luggage counter, which was far away from the check in counter. I proceeded to the left luggage counter and was accosted by that demon (supervisor) again, and now she threatened to close the check in counter if I didn’t return in 10 minutes, where as there was still 25 minutes for the counter to close. I informed her that I was trying to comply with her wishes and was leaving the bag at the left luggage counter and that there was sufficient time for me to do that. She was literally laughing on my face and saying, “lets see”.
I finally left the bag at the left luggage counter and that bag is still lying there. (copy of the receipt is scanned and enclosed here). I boarded the flight and flew home with only one thought in mind – NEVER AGAIN ON EMIRATES. I had enrolled with Skywards but you may now cancel that as I will never fly with your airline again.
That evil woman who is supposedly your supervisor is being paid by your airline to supervise smooth check in and to ensure customer care. SOME CUSTOMER CARE THIS IS. I was a lone woman and that demon derived some pleasure in harassing me and literally making me cry. Had my husband been with me, I don’t think she would have dared.

Anyways, I have brought this to your notice so you could ensure that others don’t face a similar fate.(if you actually care) This is not expected from an airline like yours. I will never fly with your airline again so it really doesn’t matter to me if you do anything about this issue or not.
My husband is flying to London next week and will confront and take care of that so-called supervisor of yours. He will ensure that SHE cries too like she made me cry.
Thanks for a great flying experience. Your airline will really go SKYWARDS with this kind of passenger treatment.

                                            Sir,
I am a regular passenger of Emirates Airlines from Jeddah to Kolkata ever since it started a direct flight to Kolkata.
My family is flying to Kolkata thru Emirates on 23rd of Jul09. Her name is passport is 'TABASSUM PARVIN' but mistakenly I gave the name as 'TABASSUM HUSSAIN'. On requesting the emirates office it was suggested to cancel the same and purchase a new one with the corrrect name but unfortunately I am not getting the seat for to-fro for the desired date.
May I request your kind office to consider it as is and allow her to travel with this ticket otherwise my whole family schedule will be disturbed.

                                            Regards

Quality of Emirates is all a MYTH. Emirates is one of the BEST of WORST airlines of the world.
Traveling with kids and the treatment and service were of the type of service you expect behind a MacDonald's counter. No care or concern for any of my requests. Kids next to my seat in the economy class were treated as business class. Upon my asking, the BUSBOY's (based on my experiences and the cheap level of service, this is what they deserve to be called) response, oh we are out ... I asked why were they treated and provided differently...oh we are out of stock!!! I had brought a kids stroller that they authorize to bring on-board, on both trips from London to Karachi and back, they were forced to be checked-in, no other means of stroller-type service was provided, they knew I am traveling with two kids (one infant). Three hours of layover left me carrying the 3 carry-on pieces and holding the infant. The Emirates person at the counter in Dubai for filght Dubai-Karachi, intentionally without informing me changed my seats from front (where a bissonnette can be placed), which were already confirmed at the counter in Karachi, to elsewhere where no bissonnette can be placed. On-board I got furious of this and all your so called representatives had to say was ...oh we can't do anything!!! Take it from a Mom of 2, making the biggest mistake to fly EMIRATES. It only makes you believe that the level of trash service is reflective of people and culture of the Emirates that are there to so called 'serve'. I have lived there also. I am thinking of filing a discrimination lawsuit. Everyone I meet from today on..will be hearing my experiences flying with the crappy Emirates.

Bottomline: you pay more for your ticket to deal with their utter DISCRIMINATION, DISREGARD and DISRESPECT.

I have lost a baggage in Emirates travelling on 28.05.2009 thru EK525 & EK747 from Hyderabad via Dubai to Tripoli. On reciept of my bags in Tripoli, I found a bag having a same size/color/quality/weight but with a different tag number. I complaint this to PIR authorities in Tripoli & lodged a complaint for the missing bag. After few days, i went to Emirates office in Triploi & lodged a complaint. Every time I go to the airport from a distance of more than 150 kms, I found the same other bag lying their having different tag number. May be some body has taken my bag by leaving his original bag & further there is no complaint about that bag till now & still lying in the airport. The authorities in Tripoli are unable or careless to track the owner of the bag. Nowadays Iam getting negetive answers from them. Kindly do the needful to recover my bag or for the compensation. My bag is very important having lady cloths, books, kitchen/house hold items & may be worth o[censored]SD 1200/-.

                                                  Dear Sir,
i got a ticket from newly opened Emirates Agency in Ajman on 3rdNOvember 2007 to travel on 29Nov2007.i paid the money to the person who is issueing the tickets his name being MANZOUR after taking the money he gave me the tickets for me & my wife.
i went to Emirates agency again to postpone my ticket on 27th November & i came to to know the ticket is suspended &the staff there told me that the guy who gave me the ticket ran away to Pakistan & their Manager Ather Jacob also went to Pakistan to bring him & told me to come to their office on 3Dec2007.
i went to their office today & spoke to their manager he is answering me in a rediculous manner that he cant do anything & why gave the money to that guy.& simply washed his hands by telling plz register a police complaint against him.
plz advice me i have seen the name of EMIRATES & went to buy a ticket & had no idea that i will cheated for 3000dhs.& am not getting a proper answer from the Maager also.
1.How can a person sit in Emirates agency & cheat people without support of the manager?
2.How did he leave the country with out the permission of the manager?
3.Why did the Manager went to Pakistan & came back for nothing?
all these questions need to be answered & justice to be done to the people who lost their hard earned money.
plz advice me how can i take the complaint to the higher authorities on the Manager & staff,as it is spoiling the image of Emirates Airlines due to few corrupted people at the Ajman office.

Dear Sir / Madam, I made a very short trip to India from US after 2.5 years with very few gifts as token respect / love to our family back home. But the luggage did not make it to mumbai from Dubai. I tried reaching the office just to hear the ringtone from their office phone indicating the phone is busy. When I finally manage to reach to representative, I get a standard reply that luggage will be coming in the next flight. Thanks to Emirates for taking our peace from us during the time our vacation. There is inefficiencies at every level with Emirates. I think Emirates Airlines has to take step back and look at the whole business operations (including the pitiful customer service). Customers are NOT just who pays to fly, they are the ones who make every cent your profit.
                                                  Hi,

My self Abhinav Kaushik I always fly by Air Deccan but this was my fault. Air Deccan is a big fraud. I was flying from Mumbai to Delhi on 11 Feb Flight No. DN-665. Departs: 20:50. My PNR No.: 6225154. I have been reach to the AirPort at 20:00hrs, Before 50 Minutes from the Departs Time. Deccan employees are not educated when I reach to the AirPort. They have taken almost 30Minutes to give the Boarding Pass but when my chance come they said sorry.. After giving this pass when I tried to take my flight Deccan employee said Sir you are late. Now tell me where my fault is. I paid almost Rs: 3100 for this ticket the person who said iam the manager here Mr.: Dheraj Now iam not understanding why these Deccan guys not allow me to take my flight. After few minutes I got to know the fact when I ask Mr.: Dheeraj what should I do know then he was having an great reply sir your another ticket is ready but you have to pay Rs: 500 as fine and Rs: 1000 as extra charge for the ticket now I got to know why these guys not allow me to enter in the flight because they are having an target to make fines in last I have taken an another ticket no. 6225154 which is off Rs: 4541.70.
I want my money back because this is called fraud. When I was taking my another flight next morning Flight: DN660 I was shocked to see Deccan employees where trying their best to enter the passenger in the flight before 15minutes also then why Mr.: Dheeraj not allowed me for the same and why he said iam the manager as I come to know next morning is was nothing just a normal employee and why he wasted my time while talking he didn’t even try to contact any body that 1 passenger left

                                                  I want my refund
