[Resolved] Employees Provident Fund — NON-SETTLEMENT OF MY PROVIDENT FUND | |
Dear Sir, This is Shuchi Gupta writing to seek your help in my pf issue.After getting all the paper workdone from my company IBM-DAKSH where i worked for nearly 4 years and 3 months(june2003-september 2007), i had sent my provident fund clearance to PF office Gurgaon personally.i had submitted form No.19 and Form no.10C vide pf office, Gurgaon, Receipt NOs.28057561 and 28057562 respectively, both dated 04.07.2008.I was told that it would take about 30 days to get the money but till today it is more than 100 days and nothing has been credited to my account.Two reminders dated 04.09.2008 and 12.10.2008 had been sent through speed post, yet no action has been taken so far. on Pf site, it is showing that no claim has reached the Pf office. This is Jaishree desai writing to seek your help in my pf issue.After getting all the paper workdone from my Institution sri sathya sai vidya vihar gail vijaipur where i worked for 12 years (April1995--june2008), i had sent my provident fund clearance to PF office Gwalior.i had submitted form No.19 and Form no.2 .I was told that it would take about 30 days to get the money but till today it is more than 100 days and nothing has been credited to my account. yet no action has been taken so far. on Pf site, it is showing that no claim has reached the Pf office. Therefore, i request you to look into the matter and redress my grievience.My pf acciunt being:MP/9822/25

I was working in the Firm named 'STANDARD TEXTILES' AT TIRUPUR. I have resigned my job last year and I have asked the management to settle my PF account and asked them to forward my claim in the prescribed Forms. But the Management demands me to pay equal amount of EMR contribution from my pocket to the Management (i.e. the management wants to take back their contribution from my pocket). If I pay the EMR contribution amount to the management, then only they will take further steps about my claim. They have not issued the ACCOUNT SLIP to me.

This is Ramakrishnan writing to seek your help in my pf issue.After getting all the paper workdone from my company Resinova Chemie Ltd- Kanpur where i worked for nearly 3 years (April2004-Febuary 2007), Our Company(resinova Chemie Ltd- Kanpur had sent my provident fund clearance to your Office against my PF No UP/16439/230.i had submitted form No.19 and Form no.10C vide pf office, Kanpur.I Have Recd Two part amountin my bank account no. corporation bank a/c. no 10849 For Rs.16290/- and 12960/-. But the Total amount was to be receivable is 32814/- + interest.
Therefore i request you to look into the matter and redress my grievience.
