[Resolved]  Employees Provident Fund Organisation — non receipt of Pension from September, 2006

I have not received Pension since September, 2006. I was working with M/s Shri Digvijay Cement Company Ltd., Digvijaygram, Dist Jamnagar. I received Pension From July, 2004 to August, 2006. There after I shifted to Jodhpur (Rajasthan) and got transfered my Bank Account from Dena Bank, Jamnagar to Dena Bank, Jodhpur and communicated to EPF Organisation, Rajkot. But EPF Organisation kept on remitting my Pension to Jamnagar Branch till August, 2012. On enquiry with Dena Bank, Jamnagar, they informed that they had returned amount to EPF Organisation.
Thus I have to receive Pension.

Employee Provident Fund — Non-receipt of pension

My husband Mr. Bharat Pandurang Tambekar expired on 26.05.2008. His PF No. is P.F. NO. MH/17772/2870 & deliverd all the required documents at PF office, Golibar Maidan, Pune, Maharashtra on 24.02.2009 with receipt no. 89545238 through Garware Wall Ropes ltd company, Chinchwad. I had two daughters of age 9 & 7yrs, still i have not yet received the pension. and also i m facing lot of difficulty in providing their day to day needs. SO u r requested to ask your concerned staff to take corrective action against this so that i will get pension as early as possible.

Non-receiving of EPF since one year.

As per my EPF record and receipt they have submitted two cheques in my acct. in Aug'10 in my name in but i m sorry to inform that so far i've received only one cheque of amount Rs.3500/- in my ICICI Bank Acct directly by EPF. The other cheque they claimed that cheque of amount Rs.7800/- was issued simontenously but not received in my same bank acct. so far.
My all collegues have already received both the cheques in their acct.

You are request to kindly direct the deptt. to issue me the second cheque of Rs.7800/- with interest in my name and in SBOP acct. no. [protected] at the earliest so that i may not suffer any more.
