[Resolved] Employee's Provident Fund Organization — PF Refund | |
Dear Sir, I was working with Cognizant Technology Solutions for 2 years and quit the company on September 2008. The company has submitted my PF claim to the EPF office in Chennai on 5th December 2008. I got a letter from PF office by the month of February 2009, stating that the total amount was credited into my ICICI Bank Account. But the amount is not credited in my account & I went to PF office to check the status. They confirmed that the DD was sent to ICICI without mentioning my account No. & so it has got returned. So I submitted a written request to the Accounts department of EPF asking to credit the amount in my ICICI account with the complete details. But still the amount is not credited in my Account, and there is no communication from EPF office. When I tried to get the details in the Online, it shows "Your Claim Not Received by this Office!". They are doing these type of work/business as a Part time job.
Initially PF office will send the initimation letter with slight change in ur name or initial or PF or address or any other that might stop the transaction. After your notification they will ask a letter from you side for correcting the same. Even submission of the same with proper proof, they will correct the initial problem and they futher they will modifiy your account number with addition of few numbers. (??????????)
These are all for getting "Money" from your side.
Finally, they will said sir we will add the "Interest to your account". So...
If you are not ready to accept their wish, They will tell another word ie., we will treat your updated letter as a "New issues/Request" and this will take more than 3 months for further process. Bcoz already lot of A/C under process.
In this chennai office "One group of persons" doing these type of activities (Main office)
They will get your contact number, and they will call you back after some times with different number & different name (Note : When your initial approach they will not say their original name), pls come this place or sir shall v go for tea? and finally they ask some amount from your side.
If you "Pay, " you will get the money within 15 days without any further delay in process.
They r thinking, they r the great!
So I request the concern authorities should take some necessary action against these type of working peoples in "Chennai office"
