I have submit two form 19 and 10C in PF office, As per my PF status my one form 19 is claimed but 10C is returned. can you update me what's the reason of my form retune.

(I am RAJESH an ex-employee of ICICI Prudential.I joined the organisation on 26TH of JULY
2006 and left the organisation on 11THJUNE 2007.My employee ID was 509525.
I have completed all the documentations regarding my Provident Fund and other claims.
I am eager to know the status of my PF and other claims since I am jobless at present and bound to pay certain instalments of my vehicles which is falling very heavily on me.
I will be highly obliged if you kindly process these claims at the earliest.I join in icici pru as a B O. in DEOGHAR BRANCH
I also dont know to my
PF-no plz deposit the rest of my PF fund in my account icici bank acc no[protected]PATNA)
and make sure and give to the massage on my EMAIL [protected]@yahoo.com
