Thank you very much for the response.
I am in touch with my employer, they only said I should receive 54512 from PF office. I have email from them on this!
So far I received only 19105 from PF office. I should receive another cheque from them. I clearly mentioned to my employer I am going legelly against all of them who neglected my settlement process.
I am not getting how to move forward in this, I have sent couple of emails to PF office and send mails as well. But there is no response.
Can you please help me how can I raise RTI from PF office?

Dear all,
I had worked with a company name Reliance BPO, I left the company on 10th dec 2010, and submitted my withdrawal forms BANDRA office through my company, But still i did no t get my amount. when i am calling at that office they are never responding over the phone .
From last 2 months I am trying but they are not picking up the calls.

This is Sheetal Kamble; I was employed with Mastiff Tech Pvt. Ltd. from Aug 2007 to Apr 2010 after 3 months of my relieving date I had submitted PF form for the further processing but till date I didn't received my money in my respective account. I do have an acknowledgment receipts from PF office that they have taken my forms and but not able to process further as my company Mastiff tech and Mastiff Internet didn't paid any money to PF. But company had deducted PF amount from our salary; this is seriously ridiculous thing they have done it and now TRICOM are not ready to pay the amount to PF office and saying that it was Mastiff's responsibility to complete the same but how Mastiff's will pay the amount as Mastiff is already overtaken by TRICOM in August 2010.
Please judge the truth of the case as from last 3+years I am getting a problem to receive my PF amount. Hope you can understand the problem and please take the necessary action as there are many people in Que to get PF as early as possible.

It is very low probability EPFO have committed a fraud what they will return you is your accumulated amount.
Ask your employer about the same if any omission is found you can raise RTI with EPFO office in your state seeking clarification.
