PF withdrawal amount not received

Dear Sir,
I have submitted my PF withdrawal forms to my previous company Future Generali India life Insurance co.Ltd and they have sent it to the EPF, Bandra office. Those documents are received by the office on Nov 18th 2010.
It is almost one year, but still the amount has not yet been credited in my account.
My PF number is: MH/BAN/48708/1332
Please process my withdrawal application...

Dear all,
I had worked with a company name indusind bank ltd, i left the company on 30 th oct 2010, and submitted my withdrawal forms BANDRA office through my company o.But still i didnt get my amount. when i am calling at that office they are never responding over the phone . i registered my grievance to EPFO website which ref no. is ROBND/E/2011/03927 when i check my claim status in website same message occurred my pf claim...

I would like to know the feasibility to raise complaint against EPF bandra office regarding my request for them to withdraw my PF amount (from previous employers).
I have got confirmation (in email) from my employer (Patni Computers), that they have sent the required docs to pf office in September.
I recieved amount of 19105.00 INR from PF office on 16 November' 10 credited into my HDFC account....
I would like to know the feasibility to raise complaint against EPF bandra office regarding my request for them to withdraw my PF amount (from previous employers).
